除了自駕停車稍不方便，其他都很好，早餐也不錯

Das Hotel Pierre hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mitten in der Innenstadt (vor der Anreise bekommt man eine genaue Anfahrtsbeschreibung vom Hotel zugesandt), also perfekt, um die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Florenz zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, fährt man bis vor die Haustüre, räumt sein Gepäck (mit Hilfe des sehr freundlichen Personals) aus und danach wird das Auto vom Personal in eine (gebührenpflichtige (ca. 40€ pro Nacht)) Tiefgarage gebracht. Am Abreisetag soll man dann mindestens 1 Stunde vor der geplanten Abreise bekannt geben, wann das Auto wieder hier sein soll. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist (für italienische Verhältnisse) sehr gut (Klassisches wie Wurst, Käse, Marmeladen, Cerealien, Obst, Joghurt....große Auswahl von frischem Gebäck, Säfte, Prosecco, frischer Espresso....). Das einzige kleine Manko, weshalb ich "nur" 4 statt 5 Sterne gegeben habe, ist, dass die Zimmer nicht gerade ruhig sind in der Nacht: zum einen hört man recht laut, wenn jemand am Gang spricht und zum anderen sind auch die Fenster nicht so dicht, sodass man teilweise den Lärm von den Leuten auf der Strasse (vor den Lokalen stehend oder in der Nacht heim gehend) hört. Aber ich denke, das wird auf viele Hotels in der Innenstadt zutreffen, das ist halt der kleine Wermutstropfen, den man in Kauf nehmen muss, wenn man zentral wohnen möchte. Und nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag fällt man ja eh meist todmüde ins Bett und hört das nicht mehr. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen und sollte ich wieder einmal nach Florenz fahren, werde ich sicher wieder dort absteigen!

Fantastic location, a stones throw from duomo and the heart of florence. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with a good selection. Very comfortable beds and big room on 5th floor. Nice and dark once blinds shut. You may need earplugs if a light sleeper but it was fine for us. Perfect if you're here for the marathon like we were! As start and finish by duomo. We will be back.

Older hotel that is well situated in downtown Florence with walkable destinations. It is a bit difficult to find, but good place. The rooms were very spacious and the bed comfortable. We really liked the window shades since they blocked the room out entirely. I think there are likely nicer places to stay in town but this was a good, clean solid place.

It is a very nice hotel with good size, clean rooms, helpful & polite staff and great breakfast. But what makes it uncompetable is its perfect location. They also help for parking place. If I go to firenze again, this is the hotel I will stay again. Grazie mille for your hospitality...

Our first visit to Florence and stayed at Hôtel Pierre. It is a very nice hotel in a perfect location just behind the Duomo, very clean and very friendly and helpful staff, it has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay, will come back, highly recommend it

Hotel was beautiful. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Only issue I have was street noise at night. Hotel is in downtown core and windows in hotel are not soundproof so we could hear patty’s people yelling from restaurants nearby. Kept us up. But hotel itself is lovely . If you are a light sleeper the noise will keep you awake.

Excellent cute boutique hotel with good breakfast in central Florence with great service, clean comfy room , blow dryer , laundry , walking distance from everything restaurants, attractions , shops - We will definitely return in the near future !

This hotel generally ticks all the boxes -its location is ideal on a quiet street and within about a 10 minute walk of all principle sights including the Duomo , the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio . The staff were all friendly & helpful especially Lucia . Our room was clean & quiet although with no view as it faced a wall as do a few interior rooms we think . Breakfast was good with lots of choice . There was a small bar in the lobby but we don’t know if it is in use for guests but there are lots of bars & cafes all around the hotel . If we had one negative comment it would be that the only English tv channel seemed to be CNN absolutely nothing else which had we stayed longer would not have been good . All in all we liked the hotel & would return .

Hotel Pierre is reviewed as a 4star hotel but in reality I will give it a 3 star. Room was very outdated especially the bathroom the shower was not cleaned and door shower broken and no joke I think it was never renovated since 1990 sink and shower nobs we’re the most outdated piece that I ever saw. Need major renovations. We always had to ask for toilette paper they would give us 1 roll at a time. Staff very polite and breakfast was ok. Location was good and near restaurants and retail stores.
