Straßenbahnhaltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Großes und sauberes Zimmer. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft.

Excellent customer service and ease of contact and access. Superb value for money and great size. Modern furnishings, comes with kitchen and iron and amazing toiletries. Ample cabinet and wardrobe space together with work table and another dining table. Nice private balcony too. Extra plus points for ability to store and retrieve luggage anytime you like in a secure passcode locked area with surveillance monitoring. Extremely convenient from airport and Rail station

I would classify this as more of a guesthouse than a hotel, as there's no reception. We need to contact the owner in advance and upload our passport photos for the check-in process, but it's generally smooth. However, the noise from the road was quite loud, and the poor soundproofing negatively affected our stay. On the positive side, the facilities were good, the refrigerator and air conditioner worked well, and the staff were quite friendly.

優點：離Tram 站距離步行不超過1分鐘，非常近！房間不算小！大箱子可以擺開！有陽台可以洗衣服晾衣服！ 缺點： 1，非常非常非常非常吵。路邊很多飆車和Tram 的聲音非常大！必須帶戴耳塞，不然完全無法睡覺！ 2，前台和酒店不在同一個地方，是另一棟樓！建議提前聯繫酒店問清楚Reception 的位置！

너무 좋았습니다. 장점은 바로 앞에 트램이 있다는 것이고, 관광지와 조금 거리가 있어 물가가 저렴합니다. 직전 역에 큰 마트가 있어서 장을 보기 좋았습니다. 단점은 약20분 정도 트램을 타고 이동해야 관광지로 갈 수 있다는 게 단점이지만 큰 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 오히려 조용해서 좋았습니다. 방은 넓었고 매일 채워주시는 샴푸도 잘 사용했습니다. 다만 체크인 과정이 다소 번거로웠습니다. 다음에 피렌체를 또 온다면 재이용하고 싶습니다.

I love this hotel! It is very convenient to stay especially to travelers since it is near the Tram going to the Airport. The room was spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and makes customers feel welcome.

5 star for the value for money and how lovely staff were! Three friends and I booked this hotel as it was good value for money and had everything we needed. It’s really not too far from Florence centre, approximately 10 minute journey for €1.50 each journey. The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. Room had everything we needed; very clean, spacious, had a balcony and good shower room. Despite it being close to the tram stop, we all had really good nights sleep and literally could not hear any noise.

Siamo andati a Firenze per qualche giorno e abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento. Veramente ben collegato con il centro di Firenze. I mezzi pubblici di fronte con i servizi nelle vicinanze. Comoda anche cucina a disposizione.

Tornata al Quadra dopo parecchi anni, posso senza ombra di dubbio ribadire che è un'ottima struttura, perfetta per chi arriva in treno e vuole visitare Firenze senza pagare cifre assurde negli htl del centro. Il servizio della tramvia funziona benissimo e la fermata è di fronte al residence. Alla reception le ragazze sono state molto chiare e disponibili e ci hanno spiegato come essere totalmente indipendenti da chiavi e/o robe varie. Basta un solo codice e si entra ovunque: parcheggio, deposito bagagli e ovviamente alloggio. Appartamento funzionale e nuovo, dotato di tutto: noi abbiamo optato per il monolocale sup., perfetto per 3 persone. Per chi poi non vuole rinunciare alla colazione al bar, consiglio vivamente la pasticceria che c'è proprio aldilà della strada...non ve ne pentirete! Alla prossima QKR!!!

Muy limpio, amplio, buena climatización y Lucrezia la persona de recepción buena profesional y amabilísima, el único pero el aislamiento acústico del exterior. La entrada se realiza mediante una clave personal, tanto al edificio, como a la habitación.

El apartamento no está mal pero faltan cosas esenciales como cafetera y microondas. Bien comunicado por bus y tranvía. No muy bien insonorizado. Cerca del aeropuerto y con servicios. Barrio tranquilo.

Estuvimos alojados durante 2 noches en un apartamento en la planta baja y 2 noches más en uno de la segunda planta. Aunque nos aseguraron que el de la segunda planta era mucho mejor, los dos apartamentos son "viejunos y cutres". Las paredes estan sucias, los muebles de la cocina esta descorchados, la única sartén está abollada, los muebles estan llenos de golpes, muy poca luz y con bombillas fundidas, ni un solo cuchillo que corte, la vitrocerámica rota y muy sucia, al sentarte en el sofá se abría por lo que era inservible, colchón muy incomodo y un largo etcétera. No funcionaba la calefacción, según ellos por orden del ayuntamiento, cosa que dudo mucho. Las fotos deben ser de cuando lo abrieron y no han hecho ninguna reforma. En la cocina no hay ni cafetera, ni tostadora. Vaya, para no volver. Los apartamentos estan en el edificio antiguo. El edificio nuevo está cerrado. A su favor hay que decir que está muy bien ubicado, en un barrio tranquilo con tramvia directo al aeropuerto y al centro de la ciudad.
