Estivemos em Firenze por 3 dias, portanto a localização do hotel era importante, e deste hotel era fantástica, 10 minutos a pé das principais atrações

If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel, this isn’t the place, but if like me, you just want somewhere comfortable and clean to sleep and freshen up, you won’t find any better for the price. Can’t complain about anything really.

It was ok.

Decent place and 10mins walk to central station. Busy area n close to foods n groceries.

Friendly helpful staff. Room was quaint. Easy and convenient.

Hôtel de bon niveau, bien situé et agréable. Un peu vieillot mais en bon état (notamment belle salle de bain refaite à neuf). Dommage que le système d'ouverture automatique des chambres soit un peu bruyant. Petit déjeuner correct à très bon rapport qualité/prix.

All in all we were very happy with the Hotel, and it is very conveniently located.

There are two 22/A number in the street which is confusing, this should be explained in advance to avoid confusion. After 30 min going around, we phoned the hotel and the reception came and find us, he was our angel. The price was too high compare to the service and condition of the hotel. The furniture's in the hotel was lovely, very nice old style but the mattress were very soft. Room toilet was clean but floor in the room need more attention. The staff were very friendly and nice.

The Hotel staff was very accommodating to my needs. It is a little old but then again what isn't in Italy?

Hotel mais antigo localizado numa rua extremamente movimentada, mas central em Florença. O local não é muito bonito, e mesmo modernizado , não esconde sua aparencia antiga, mas definitivamente não compromete. Bom para passar a noite, que é o que se espera numa cidade como Florença. Bem caro pelo que oferece, mas não muito diferente das outras dezenas de hoteis com as mesmas caracteristicas naquela cidade.

Stephen is nice and helpful. But I am very surprised that there are no mattresses protectors for the beds.
