Reasonably new hotel, comfortable clean rooms and nice staff, basic menu but there are a few eateries within a short walk of the hotel on Fore Street. Nice bar and a warm atmosphere

房間有點小，但英國就是這樣，一個早餐就十幾磅，人家還提供基本早餐，房間也是乾乾淨淨，工作人員也算及時給力了，下次再住！

Brilliant location close to town 10 minute walk, 10 minutes to pubs etc by river. very clean rooms . Breakfast was very good. Good value for money. Had everything in room, ironing board, hair dryer .

Clean room, nice bathroom. Liked the tea and coffee station and sofa. Bed was very hard and no opening windows. Staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was fine.

It is what it is. Totally as expected which is five for a quick 1 night late check in early check out stop

We cannot fault the hotel. It was clean, the room was comfortable and well appointed and the hotel is perfectly located for easy access into the city centre. Sadly our stay was ruined by noisy, inconsiderate guests next door and along our corridor. The noise and disturbance was so bad we got up, packed our things and left in the early hours of the morning deciding to go home instead. I contacted the hotel the following day, but have had no reply.
