Every single staff member was kind and helpful to us. We asked many questions about the Turkish bath and sauna. They were patient with us. The lunch and dinner restaurant is a very short walk from the hotel and the food was amazing and prices reasonable. The bed was comfortable and the natural setting was beautiful. I was happy to have a kettle and housecoat in the room.

This hotel has everything you need comfortable room with every little detail, tv with a host of English channels, piped music if you desire, a host of bathroom essentials. Though a very quiet time of year the offerings in the restaurant good & tasty. What really stands out is the helpful staff & general cleanliness of the whole property

It was located in a beautiful mountain park area. The location, the hotel and staff far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be on my top list of hotels to stay in future trips.

Quartos com falta de limpeza. Falta de isolamento nos quartos, chegava ao quarto e estava frio, mesmo estando o ar condicionado ligado notava se que não aquecia o que se torna desconfortável para quem tem crianças pequenas que era o nosso caso. Muito barulho durante a noite, devido ao ar condicionado. Falta de limpeza na sala de jantar/pequeno almoço. Jantamos no hotel, e verificamos que a sujidade que tinha no jantar, também se encontrava no pequeno almoço, visto que jantamos e tomamos o pequeno almoço na mesma mesa e vimos que não tinham limpo as cadeiras. O jantar péssimo... Não tem explicação. Pedi o prato de carne e a carne vinha sem sabor, o mil folhas de batatas vinham mal cozinhadas, pois as batatas de cima ainda escorriam água, mandei para trás e a resposta do chefe "é normal não estarem tão bem cozinhadas por ser um mil folhas", colocou o meu prato a aquecer mais um pouco e mesmo assim veio muito mal cozinhado. O meu marido pediu o prato de polvo e de apresentação como de sabor deixou muito a desejar. Pequeno almoço - modesto

Hotel calmo em Abril. Tudo muito limpo. Staff atencioso Pequeno almoco dentro do normal com alguma variedade É bom para dsscancar, ficanfo no jeio do campo Pode se sinda visitar o parque biologico d tudo que há a volta da Lousã que não é longe. Quanto ao hotel . Os quartos tem vists magnifica para a serra

A gerência do hotel está se simplesmente nas tintas para os hóspedes. O ar condicionado só funciona para inverno e verão e é controlado pela recepção do hotel, o que retira todo o conforto do hóspede. A piscina a que chamam spa é minúscula e sauna e banho turco não funcionam. O hotel congratula se de prêmios que ganhou e despreza o cliente por completo, não tendo a mínima consideração pelo cliente, não são capazes de compensar o cliente pelas falhas reconhecidas por eles mesmos no livro de reclamações. Evitem esse hotel ao máximo, esqueçam o parque biológico e a ideia de relaxamento.

Hotel localizado num parque muito tranquilo. Quartos espaçosos e bons quartos de banho. Serviço de quartos eficiente. Recepção muito simpática. Pequeno almoço muito diversificado e abundante, com produtos "caseiros" , boa fruta e diversas qualidades de pão. Café de boa qualidade e o pessoal de apoio muito atento. Faltou apenas a piscina exterior pois estava muito calor e teria sido agradável estar ao ar livre a refrescar. Um excelente hotel para famílias com crianças.

Adoramos a nossa estadia neste hotel! O nosso intuito era passar uma semana em contacto com a natureza e ao mesmo tempo ter conforto! Encontramos o sítio ideal! Este hotel é perfeito! Os funcionários são super simpáticos! As senhoras da limpeza têm um sorriso e uma simpatia inigualável! As pessoas que lá trabalham estão felizes e isso quer dizer muito!!! Neste hotel podem desfrutar de um quarto impecavelmente limpo e com óptimas condições! O hotel tem parques infantis, campo de ténis, campo de futebol, campo de basquete! Nas suas traseiras passa o rio Dueça. Está rodeado de verde e a parte exterior é enorme!! Piscina interior em óptimas condições! Os nossos parabéns pelo trabalho desenvolvido para com a comunidade! O hotel está enquadrado numa instituição de solidariedade social e tem a preocupação de contratar pessoas que sofrem de exclusão social, reverendo os lucros em grande parte para os seus projectos sociais! Adoramos o parque biológico que fica a 2 minutos a pé. Tem ainda oficinas vivas dos ofícios e tradições locais! Queremos voltar!! Obrigada por tudo! Viajamos com os nossos filhos de 8 anos e 3 meses.
