Golden Costa Salou - Adults Only

Un hotel, cerca de la playa, con unas Instalaciones muy bien conservadas. La comida variada y un servicio muy amable y atento.

Très bel hôtel, bien placé. Buffet très bon et varié. Le service est super avec un personnel très sympathique. 2 piscines, 2 ambiances. Adult only, très reposant et calme. Prix raisonnable pour le buffet et le spa

Hotel muy bonito y tranquilo, que era lo que buscábamos. la comida excepcional y la ubicación también. La única pega que no me ha gustado es que debería haber una puerta que separe el baño del dormitorio, porque se oía todo en los pasillos y no se podía descansar durante el día, por las chicas de la limpieza. Por lo demás muy bien.

Lovely place to stay Good food Very clean Good drinks Good entertainment We visited the hotel next door (costa Dorada ) for the entertainment one evening and it was like being in a motorway service station In comparison to being at the Golden Costa. Resort is quiet but easy bus routes to Salou and Tarragona. Book this you will not be disappointed 😁

This was our first time in adults only.we have used golden hotels many times. Yes it was a relaxing holiday but cmon we are not ready for an early bedtime . Why can there not be some quiz before the evening entertainment instead of sometimes nearly sitting and waiting an hour before it begins. The food was hit and miss. Sometimes cool never hot.the chef never had anything ready in the evenings he never looked interested. His name was Meme. We were disappointed that the cheese board only came out for 1 day in all our 21 days stay. Must say marco was very pleasant and the Cava on our arrival was a nice gesture. Rooms were cleaned every day. Christian and Andrea worked hard . We love the area but we will ge going to the Golden Port in salou.in August .

Well what can we say......Cold food and not the best choice of food, at the hotplate, the chef cooks about four peices of meat/fish not enought when there is a line of guests all queuing for something from the hotplate. air-conditioning not working or maybe it was but 20 degrees is not cooling! that is the lowest setting. some of the staff have terrible attitudes, especially the towel police around the pool, who have double standards! Totally understand and agree with the 45 minute policy especially when guests leave the hotel to go shopping for hours on end but when you are eating in their restaurant and do not get served within 45 minutes that is not our fault and should not be penalised for this. should you play the activities round the pool (which is longer than 45 minutes) towels are not removed...........Golden Costa you really need to be consistant with your rules!!!!! treat every guest the same! including the guests that left their towels for over three hours..........And maybe re-train your staff because a reply " I don't have eyes in the back of my head" is not acceptable and certainly not proffesional. Be aware of the Euro charge for laundering your pool towels, every time you exchange them, this is after being charged 20 euros for the deposit, we were not informed of this charge, we found out when we went to exchange our towels. Never had to do that at any hotel we have stayed in. The hotel itself is very clean, just a shame all the above wasn't a better experience for us, we will not be returning to this hotel and certainly wouldn't recommend.

When entering hotel got a warm welcome & a glass of Cava ,nice touch. The rooms were to a high standard plenty of Wardrobe space & draws, towels changed on request. Coffee machine,Kettle, fridge& safe in the room. Bottle of water, tea , sugar & milk also in room & replenished if needed.Safe &wifi free which is a bonus. Rest of hotel is up to a high standard & drinks from the bar very reasonbly priced. Other people have said they could hear noise through the wall, i did not notice this. Would recommend this hotel.
