Das Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, zum Bahnhof, wo die Schiffe nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Das Reinigungszimmer, alle neuen, gut gereinigt, hatte keine Kommentare. Personal sehr responsiv! Ich fühlte mich dort als ob ich ein Gast namens ❤️ war Einige Male gab es Fehler beim Wasserdruck, aber ich werde die Bewertung nicht reduzieren, da alles beschlossen wurde, sobald ich mich auf das Rezept wandte. Vegan Frühstück sind schön, aber nicht sehr lecker, aber vielleicht ist es nur für mich, weil ich nicht vegan bin. Für Nicht-Vegetarier in einem nahe gelegenen Hotel gibt es ein Frühstück, das auch in den Preis inbegriffen ist, ist es nicht notwendig, separat zu bezahlen. Ich war hier vorhin und ich bin froh, wieder zu sein! Der Tag für Tag war die Wartung unverschämt. Geteilte Badezimmer waren immer sauber. Angelo vom Frontdesk war sehr hilfreich. Er empfahl Attraktionen, die wir mit unseren Anfragen gehen können und half uns. Das Frühstück war gut. Dieser Ort ist auch in der Nähe des Bereichs mit vielen Restaurants und herrlichen Cafés.

A real mixed bag here, the location is good and the rooms are large, clean, beds comfortable and the ac works well. The staff are friendly. Those are the positives. The food, breakfast in particular is atrocious for a hotel in this price range the restaurant staff idle about playing on their phones. The rooms were cleaned very late in the day on several occasions. The internet is weak from the rooms.Whilst the front desk staff are friendly they are pretty clueless and on wanting to escalate certain issues I am told that the management are based in Puerto Princessa. With good management and a complete overhaul of the menu and some internet boosters this could be a great hotel.

Our stay at Lihim Resort was truly memorable, thanks to the amazing hospitality from the staff. Having butlers assigned to us was a lovely experience; they were attentive, friendly, and very accommodating to all our requests. The hospitality of all the staff was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. The location of the resort is fantastic—very peaceful with impeccable views. Although the funicular was not working, requiring us to walk down from our villa to the restaurants and pool area, the staff made up for it by providing car transport whenever we needed it. A tip for those staying during July-August: bring mosquito repellent spray or lotion. There were quite a few mosquitoes around, even in our room, but this is understandable given the proximity to nature. The breakfast was good, offering different choices each day. The staff were lovely, and the scrambled eggs were perfect. They even went out of their way to cook longanisa for us daily upon request, which was a delightful touch. The facial treatment and the two-hour integrative and Panari massage were exceptional—some of the best we've experienced. There are plenty of amenities and activities to enjoy, and the views are stunning. Overall, we would definitely recommend Lihim Resort and look forward to coming back again.

We left on a bad note and so our review will start on a bad note! All this place cares about is soaking you for every cent your worth without regard to your happiness. Billing meals and drinks uses a system devised in the 17th century utilizing carbon paper, a pen, and pad. No computers. How could things go wrong? On our final day we received a call from the front desk confirming our early morning transport to the airport which we had already arranged and confirmed twice. We were quoted $44 for private transport to the airport at 5 am which was already way too much for the 15-minute 4.3-mile journey. Our flight left at 7 am so I was a little confused why the resort wanted to leave so early. To add to the confusion, we were quoted $26 for a private airport transfer earlier that week. So, during the phone call we confirmed the price which now was quoted at $61! I balked at this and was requoted at $53 than again at $61. I now proceeded to the front desk to find out what is going on and talked to the manager. She showed me the pricing and indeed, if you had private transport to the airport before 5 am the cost was $61. At 5 am and after, the price was $53. However, my transport was at 5 am so it should be $53. She did not agree. So I arranged for 5:15 am and she reluctantly charged us our original quote of $44. Ok, all is well now. However, I believe that the resort wanted us to leave early for the airport in order to charge us more money. We ate dinner and we had two bottles of water. We settled our tab at 8 pm due to our early departure the next day. During the settlement, I pointed out that the restaurant had not billed us for the two bottles of water, however the desk person said that they were included and pointed them out on the tab. Great all is well! At 10:30 pm while sleeping our phone rings and the same desk person says “I know your sleeping but could you come down and pay for two bottles of water which were not billed?” ***! I said no (I was so mad I actually cursed on the phone) and said I would pay the driver in the morning. Again, I was so mad I could not get back to sleep! I cannot believe a resort would wake someone for $5 which I tried to pay earlier, particularly after spending over $2,800 on our stay. Just let it go! But the money was more important than the guest’s happiness. Our room and balcony were noisy from the main highway below and was really hot and unusable in the afternoon because the sad little AC could not keep up with the direct sunlight from the balcony even with the curtains closed. No shade at the pool. The resort is super steep so if you have any mobility issues, don’t stay here. Can’t walk to town because of how steep the road is. Housekeeping locked us out twice and confiscated our key. We had to ask for coffee in our room every morning. The hardest bed ever (ouch). Some positives: the view from our balcony was amazing, the infinity pool and view from restaurant was also amazing. The room decor was impress

Had one of the best times in my life with the free sunset cruise of Balai Adlao. The staff was very accommodating especially the one who went with us in the sunset ride. Sir Nokki and Sir Vlad. Truly a place I would recommend because of their staff. The sunset rude was very very relaxing and at the same time informative as well thanks to the knowledge of Sir Nokki. We also saw dolphins as well. Truly a trip to remember. They also offer free snorkeling sessions for their guests. A must try for my next visit.

Seda Leo ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel, allerdings mit einigen Schwachstellen. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Hotel auf hohem Standard, allerdings zeigt sich bei genaueren Hinsehen ein Abnutzung an diversen Stellen (abgestossene Kanten an Badezimmerrahmen, abgebrochene Tischecken, verschmutzte Möbel. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und der Strand ist grandios. Unschön sind hingegen Sandfliegen am Strand auf welche konsequent hingewiesen wird. Das Personal ist mehrheitlich freundlich, allerdings teils nicht besonders lösungsorientiert. Wer bspw. in einer Pool-Kabana etwas gesünderes Essen möchte als auf der Poolkarte angeboten, muss selbst in das daneben liegende Hotelrestaurant gehen und dort Essen, da das Personal der Poolbar streng die Poolkarte ohne Kompromisse umsetzt. Die Auswahl der angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant (Frühstück, Abendessen) ist relativ beständig und könnte mehr Varianten vertragen, Abwechslung für Gäste mit längeren Aufenthalten anzubieten. Ebenfalls ist das Personal des Front Office mehrheitlich freundlich, meist aber nicht entscheidungsbefugt. So muss ein Checkout mehrmals angefragt werden, Entscheiden darf aber nur der Supervisor bzw. Duty Manager. Trotz niedriger Belegung, gewährte diese („Devine“) nur eine Stunde, was für ein fünf Sterne Hotel und eine Familie mit Baby sehr enttäuschend ist. Die Servicequalität ist also eher tief mit Ausnahme des sehr freundlichen Restaurantpersonals (Maya, Ruel, Leanne, Jayson).

How to start…. Unable to explain the overwhelming overly excellent hospitality of NBR and the Sunmai restaurant! Felt like we are part of their little family. My son was sick and front desk lady in the morning sent him hot tea with honey. Gave us access if doctor is needed. The Sunmai restaurant chef and servers modified their menu on what I am craving and they made it happen. So appreciative of little things but means so much. Felt really good after a relaxing massage from their outstanding masseuses. Beach is just so Picture Perfect!!! Can’t thank you enough to everyone made our stay stress free, worry free and never felt safe in Nacpan! It’s a home away from home!!! Thank you from the Abenojar’s of California!

Das zweite Mal, als ich in einem Zelthotel war, das erste Mal in Taiwan, war es nicht enttäuschend. Das Zelt war von tropischen Pflanzen umgeben und fühlte sich sehr privat an. Das Zelt war nicht neu, aber es gab keine Mücken. Wir wohnten in dem Zelt am nächsten zum Strand. Innerhalb einer Minute zu Fuß sind der Strand und das allmählich blaue Meer super schön! Es gibt auch einen kleinen Raum vor dem Zelt, der perfekt zum Fotografieren ist! Das einzige Problem ist, dass der Weg schlecht ist. Noch unglaublicher ist es, vor Ihrem kleinen Balkon zu liegen und den Nachthimmel zu beobachten. Schlafen und dem sanften Rhythmus der Wellen zu lauschen, ist wirklich angenehm. Das Zelt ist klimatisiert, also keine Angst vor dem Aufwachen, aber es wird wahr. Es wird empfohlen, eine Augenmaske zum Schlafen zu bringen, sonst stehen lichtempfindliche Personen um 6 Uhr auf! Zum Abendessen gehen Sie in ein Restaurant oder eine Bar in einer anderen Gegend. Das Essen ist zu lecker als in der Stadt. Die Cocktails sind super herrlich und lecker. Seien Sie nicht hungrig.

Diese Reise wurde am Nick der Zeit beschlossen und wir kamen gerade über dieses Resort über das Internet. Nicht alles fiel perfekt, aber die Ruhe und die Schönheit des Ortes machten unseren Aufenthalt wert zu erinnern. Dieses Resort hält die beste Sonnenunterkünfte auf der Insel. Ihre Lebensmittel und Getränkeangebote können Ihre Inselbegeisterungen übermäßig erfüllen, da es aromatisch und untagrammbar ist. Ein Ort ist kein Ort, wenn die Menschen nicht auf ihre besten sind. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Nacpan Beach Villa die besten Menschen hat, um Ihre Aufenthaltserfahrung außergewöhnlich zu machen. Joemar von Glamping, der auch ein Instrument war, um unsere orher Grundbedürfnisse zu bieten, als wir vor dem Restaurant wohnten und immer, wenn wir uns an die Rezeption für Hilfe näherten. Natürlich, der Operations Manager Mr. Butch, dem ich meine vielen Daumen für seine hervorragenden und unvergleichlichen Management-Bemühungen anbiete. Alles der besten Nacpan Beach Villa, Glamping und Resort Team! Sie sind der “Safe Haven” von El Nido!! Tipp: Bitte geben Sie in Ihrem Zimmer Veranda Kleidung trockener. Dies ist ein Resort und erwarten Sie, dass sich die Gäste mehrmals täglich nass bekommen.
