Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.
Der Weg von der Straße bis zum Hotel ist etwas weit, aber das Personal ist da und trägt die Koffer bis zum Hotel.

ANTS ANTS ANTS EVERYWHERE!!! For 1 week staying no 1 cleaning. Very small breakfast, like for children. But very good looking on the sunset. Good place for snorkeling and good beach. Better not take bungalows, cuz no space for everything, only bed and small restroom.

Очень понравился отель. Начиталась о нем негативных отзывов и была готова к худшему. Персонал потрясающий. Стандартный номер на первом этаже с видом на море был чистым со всем необходимым. Воду давали по первой просьбе. Завтраки тоже отличные. Отель оставил очень хорошие впечатления. Готова вернуться туда снова.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!
This hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed in. It is extremely run down. There is no running water in the room or wifi anywhere in the hotel.
The room constantly smelt horrid I think the toilet not being able to flush when used made the room smell BETTER
The staff are incompetent and rude and we’re not willing to help me and my partner who became very sick whilst staying at this hotel
The food is awful, uncooked pasta, we asked for butter and they gave us cheese and all of the staff laughed as they brought it over.
They told breakfast stopped at 9, we went down at 8:20 and there was a few bits of burnt pancakes and some dry cold fish, don’t waste your time.
This is not even worth a £1 a night.
El Nido isn’t cheap to stay In but there is a reason this is cheaper to stay in than other places.

Top verblijf en leuke locatie! Ligt niet in het centrum maar middels een tuktuk die altijd beschikbaar is makkelijk te bereiken. Het ontbijt viel ons een beetje tegen.

Everything was really nice in this hotel. I love it. The hotel is on the beach and it has really great view. The stuff is really friendly and kind. All the people here are totally polite. The supervisor of this hotel is Gorgeous woman she helped us several times and you can see that she’s almost involved in the everyday life of the guests. Well, we have the problem with the Wi-Fi, she didn’t just said they cannot do anything. She gave us another room with a good Wi-Fi that was more expensive, but they didn’t take any money from us. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who wanna live in the heaven with a great facilities.

The place was awesome although it's quite far from the main road...front desk really accommodate us when we arrived and people who work in the hotel are all nice and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing and definitely recommended but need to be ready for a long walk...

The staff is amazing. It’s right in front of the beach. Great atmosphere. The rooms don’t have WiFi it’s only available in the lobby. This can be a huge inconvenience! Zipline is outside etc. the bike rates and boat rates are more expensive than the neighbors. Save some money and rent these outside! Breakfast buffet is so so. Come with cash they don’t swipe.

Booked a "dorm" room which is basically a private room. The hotel is located at vanilla beach which is a very nice beach to swim and tan. The Town is a bit far away but doable by tricycle or scooter. The view is amazing and the lobby is also a nice place to sit around. Special thanks to the employees who were so nice and helpfull. Liked it so much i extended my stay there.
The only downside was that there is no hot water in the room but its not cold either. And lots of mosquitos at night.
