We were there for 3 nights and our entire stay was super unpleasant. Check-in was disorganized, rooms were outdated with mosquitos and roaches everywhere, electrical issues in room, poorly air conditioned rooms, hard and uncomfortable mattress. This is the worst customer service I have received from staff at any resort I've been to, and I’ve been to over 25. They are more concerned with chit chatting among themselves than helping customers. The bars would continuously run out of things (like seltzer water and brugal, which is Dominican rum!!). The food at the buffet was a 5/10, got the job done but not great, the food at the restaurants was expected to be better but was also a 5/10. Even getting a cup of coffee in the morning was a 10 minute wait for someone to actually look at you and bring it over, because even if you asked it would take 10 minutes. Overall, the biggest downfall this resort will have is with their staff, super unfriendly, inattentive and not customer service oriented. At the time of booking it was approx. $600 for the 3 nights and I guess you get what you pay for. My expectations were low already but those weren’t even met. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. My family was part of the ”VIP” rooms and their experience was also below par, they was super disappointed.
