Great apartment with all you could need for a weekend away. Felt like a little home away from home. Easy walking to Botanic Gardens. Tesco and Lidl close by. Nice ice cream cafe nearby too. We stayed in Flat 1. Perfect for a couple, but did have pull out beds for the kids. The rest of our group stayed in flat 3. It’s a lovely big space with nice kitchen and dining table. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Spent 3 nights here from Monday to Thursday, and reading previous reviews I was worried about the noise. Monday night was quite noisy until around 11pm (which in hindsight isn't too bad unless you have young children) but Tuesday and Wednesday were very quite. The main bed was comfortable, the apartment clean and had mostly everything you needed. If I had to gripe about anything it would be the bathroom could do with some hooks in the bathroom for towels. Parking on the street during the day is ok but if you have a car overnight you have to park it elsewhere, I used JustPark (renting someone's empty driveway- which was reasonable and a doable walk away). There's a tesco around the corner and a couple of cafes around, with buses and taxis easy and quick to take you into the city centre. Overall a good stay.

The apartment is quite spacious & had nice modern decor. However, our whole trip was compromised by lack of sleep due to the loud music & vibrations from the club next door. On our first night this was until 1am & following night it started at 1.30 & lasted to 4.30 a.m . Had to close window , due to noise outside in street too. A pity, as owners have obviously put a lot of effort into this business.However, given that other people have had similar issues with this property, it’s disappointing that this hasn’t been resolved. Given that we paid over £500 for 4 nights , this was unacceptable.

Stayed in apartment 1 with daughter It was clean but tired,the floors creaked and groaned, the armchair was rickety kept thinking it was gonna give way, and the sofa bed.. well it so uncomfortable, even with use of the large heavy cushions to try and prevent the bottom halve tipping down and the feeling you're gonna slide off. The Bathroom lacked hook for clothes on back of door and shower rack to put shampoo etc in while in there.. also something I've never experienced, o asked to shower during off peak times to make sure all 4 flats had hot water! Why not fit power showers to Use! The main problem was lack of sleep due to being over a club, people outside shouting talking smoking had to close the only window ..made little difference.. and that caused the flat to get very warm,9 (11 (¥ on top of that music bass booming thru the floor. IF YOU VALUE your sleep after a busy day don't stay here, because the noise also comes from next door flat with very thin walls and no sound proofing it seems. For £120 a night I expected more

Myself, my husband and mother in law stayed 2 nights in apartment 1 and we all have said we would definitely stay again. The apartment was very well equipped, beautifully decorated, very well set out and immaculately clean. It was a cosy apartment and felt homely - the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and we all slept well. Being mid week, the pub downstairs appeared to be closed so it was perfectly quiet at night time as the apartment is on a very quiet street but a short walk from the main road, where you can catch a bus. The apartment was equipped with a smart TV which may benefit from being tuned into digital TV (more so for older guests that don't know how smart TV works) but we had no trouble and the information pack provided answered any questions we had. The building is very secure and we did hear the neighbours move around but it was absolutely minimal. All in all, a gem of a find and we would love to come back sometime.
