bed is a bit small, but still comfortable. quiet. The room has everything we need. it was a pleasant stay. location of the hotel is not close to the central area, but bus stop is just a door step, it is convenient to catch a bus to either go to the airport or the central area.

Great location, smooth and easy check-in, amenities were adequate, staff was friendly

The beds were uncomfortable and the Dining room food was very expensive.

Very very rude service Waiters are unapologetic Breaker a glass and poured a drink on me and my baby which led to my 1month old infant having an allergic rash all over. Rooms are not hoovered

Room was clean with everything we needed. Breakfast enjoyable with a good choice. We used the leisure facilities which were clean and well maintained. Great location with plenty of buses into the town centre a 5 minute ride away. Never waited more than a couple of minutes for a bus. Would return.

Breakfast buffet is worth adding to booking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room size is a bit small, but clean. There is bus stop right in front of the hotel that can take you to the city center. This is so convenient.

The room was a disgrace for the price i paid. The staff were rude. The hotel is extremely run down. I need to raise a complaint.

Cleanliness and friendly

Room was spacious clean, only downfall was woken first morning by kids jumping thumping in another room. Felt like ceiling was going to fall in, shame room not more sound proof. pool was great the jacuzzi wasn’t available 1st morning problem water issue. 2nd day husband swimming caught foot on a jet and cut his foot . Excellent help with bandaging foot . Accident book filled in, But then was unable to use last day as foot still not healed. Breakfast, good variety from cereals to cooked even American style pancakes. Zoo next door is easy access . Not very big car park at hotel, bus stops directly outside easy access into town cost of 2.00 one way

We wanted a hotel that was convenient for Edinburgh Zoo. Well, from the hotel door to the Zoo door was literally one minut's walk! Couldn't have been more convenient. A busy hotel, with spacious, nicely-furnished rooms. The food was excellent, and the communal areas elegant and well fitted out. This was our first visit. It won't be our last.
