Excellent location rooms very clean and breakfast was plentiful altogether an excellent weekend

No complaints. Ive stayed here 5 times in the past couple of years,when i return to my old home Dundee. I will be back in summer.

Very friendly staff . Very clean through out . Very Comfortable bed . Plentiful breakfast options nice and hot and regularly filled . Close to shops restaurants and attractions . Would definetly hope to stay here again in the near distant future

Good location where it is walkable to the waterfront area and the shopping area. Managed to get the room facing some view of the waterfront Great service and the breakfast was simple but nice.

Only slept there but it was a very comfortable sleep

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and everything needed for a stay. Good hearty breakfast. Would love to see all hotels get rid of carpet and put in vinyl plank flooring for cleanliness factor. Near the main road and convenient to town

Fab view over the River Tay. Very quiet room. Car park on Gellatley St is attached to hotel by footbridge on Level 3, straight into Reception. No discounted rate for parking - prepay before exiting. Water cistern in bathroom ran all night despite my best efforts. On reporting it, was told 'some of them do - just try pushing again' Not the best response to broken sleep. Maybe they need fixed?

The staff were excellent, especially Sarah and Olga who took care of us very well.
