Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef

In general , I can say that I enjoyed my stay but not that much ; the location is nice , the room was wonderful especially the view that overlooks the creek however , I have many concerns about the outlets and the F&B service ,the cafe that is located in the bar closes very early before 9 pm !!! How come , when I just wanted to order a cup of coffee , I went outside , walked for about 2 KM to find a cafe even the room service doesn't provide or send coffee to the room only Juice !!, so ridiculous ; moreover , my reservation was HB , the next day when I went to the breakfast in the main restaurant, only the hostess took my name at the entrance door then she left me though it's my first time at least approach me to the table , at least explain to me where is the buffet or even ask me if I need any assistance, nothing at all, so for sure I didn't know that the buffet is divided into 2 parts and there was a live station of Omlette and Shakshuka which I didn't see or notice because no one just took 1 min to tell me that there was another hidden part ,, very Unprofessional service , it was my 1st time to stay there and it will be the last

Hampton is a good hotel, the rooms were quite small compared to Canopy, the room is not spacious enough for 2 if both who is staying is quite heavy in size🙃. Try to include much bigger beds. The swimming pool is too small, where as the roof top Bar was pretty good and it pleasant atmosphere. Over all the hotel has met the standard of a 3star and we enjoyed our stay.

The best thing about this place is the location, Other than that nothing was pleasing especially the room’s cleanliness; the bathroom had stains and the bed was itchy and the coffee cups were not cleaned as well as the coffee machine. I would never visit again

Hilton Canopy Al Seef, Dubai: It’s truly an upgrade when you move to Hilton Canopy from Hampton by Hilton which is adjacent. We stayed at Hampton for 5 days as we spent most days out exploring then moved to Hilton Canopy for a spot of luxury. Our reception was marred by Selma - who I think might be an intern understudying Gamal. She wouldn’t smile, instead greeted us with frosty stares - twice - as we approached the counter twice. I rarely comment on receptions but this was a frosty kind of piercing stare - like she worked at Louis Vuitton and you have sullied the luxe presence of her store. I commented to her about the stares and she retorted. I don’t think front desk is her ilk at all. Perhaps consider a career at an LV store? Otherwise, we had grand service from the staff. Special shout out to the Nepalese sweet ladies who front Cassette bar in the evenings. They’re so cute. Unbeknownst to us, there was a tasting evening at the bar where you get tiny morsels of eats plus an alcoholic cocktail and mocktail of the day from 6-7 PM. It was so lovely. The front of the bar is totally creatively upcycled with old speakers - how ingenious! Breakfast at Noon Restaurant is a grand affair and we absolutely loved it. Smoked salmon was available on request. Egg station was a bit iffy as my omelette was so badly done but the cook was so sweet so all is forgiven. Sit out for a great view of Al Seef creek which is your serene start of the day. Our premium room was fabulous with a view of the creek. The styling is stylish and black is ever evergreen. We had a bath tub but the water floods out the shower and toilet when you unplug the tub. So we had to dry out the floor with towels. Pool is small and very shallow so we gave that a miss. Gym overlooks the creek so working out with a view was such a luxury. Hampton, Heritage and Canopy share facilities as they are all at the seef and from the Hilton family. Do check out the Heritage restaurant as we did and the service was standout There are some misses at Canopy so hopefully the kinks get ironed out over time/ #eatstylishtravelstylish

Nice hotel at a cool locality near Al Seef. The interior designing is artistic and was nice. Only negative was that they assigned us rooms without proper windows. Our windows were striped out so that we cannot see outside , due to some security reasons. But this was not informed to us while checkin. The right thing I believe was to inform us about this and we would have requested for another room. It seemed like they wanted to finish those rooms first. So please make sure you ask the reception desk before check in if your room has proper window.

Nice location. Room is spacious bathroom very modern. Polite staff. Nice outdoor pool.

Good location, spacious rooms, breakfast is rather basic

Overall it is a not bad hotel to stay. There is walking stroll around river where there are restaurants and gift shop. It is quite near to airport but too near to tourist places. You need take uber. I do not find breakfast fantastic as what other claimed here. There isn't much choices especially hot dishes limited. The breakfast table always not on time to clear.

Surprisingly super good value hotel! Close to airport while walking distance to many amazing restaurants and Al Seef. Ideal location for someone who just touch down from airport and want to have a quick check in to start the Dubai journey. Do check out the rooftop bar, it’s a cool full Dubai landscape view there!
