We were given a lower grade room than we had paid for and he’d to move twice before we got the correct one . They were aware this had happened but did not tell us until we complained. Food is good , however if you do not like Indian cuisine your choices will be limited. Wine on the all inclusive is poor. staff are brilliant , management not so much . Annoying that you cannot go for a walk on the beach without getting swamped by beach sellers.

Diane beach is a gem. The locals are extremely friendly. The pool is large and very accommodating, always clean as well. Buffet was good, the menu changes daily. Very friendly staff, fun night time entertainment. Snorkeling in the open beach was my highlight 🏝🌴

Wonderful hotel - great location and also the facilities are great.
The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. )
Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible.
the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen.
the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not

Nice hotel. Great food choices. Staff was helpful and had great customer service. Night time entertainment was very enjoyable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in having a good time.

優點：沙灘不錯
缺點：
1.吵，非常吵！！！酒店在入住時未提醒我們入住時間段晚上有party ，半夜DJ喊麥喊得心臟疼，測了分貝已經到了噪音級別，多次和酒店聯繫換房間，都沒有得到迴應，最後才派了一個服務員來説可以換個房間，去了一看還是很吵，衹能忍到party 結束。第二天才八點，又是印度人婚禮的噪音！！！
2.服務很差。由於第一天晚上太吵沒有休息好，第二天發熱請酒店找個温度計，或者派人去買我們來付費，酒店草草迴應可以找一下，但到我們退房都沒有通知我們到底有沒有温度計，而且叫其他服務也都回應很慢
3.吃的不行，酒店自助餐基本都是印度菜，各種咖喱和泥，非常鹹，不知道是不是因為酒店一多半客人都是印度人
4.房間設施老舊，床品很舊，看起來也不是很乾凈

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen, sauberen Strand und verfügt über einen ausserordentlich grossen Pool. An beiden Orten gibt‘s genügend Liegestühle, um zu relaxen. Stets gut aufgelegte Animateure sorgen dafür, dass man auch etwas für die Fitness macht. Dies ist auch nötig, denn die Köche sorgen überall für exzellentes Essen. Erwähnenswert ist sicher auch die Tatsache, dass einem wirklich alle Angestellten vom Empfang über den Service bis zur Reinigung nicht nur freundlich, sondern auch hilfsbereit, interessiert und stets mit einem Lächeln gegenüber stehen. Sie sind es, die dafür sorgen, dass man über gewisse Mängel der Hotelanlage hinwegsieht. Auf jeden Fall wird dieses Hotel auch bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Mombasa bzw. Diani Beach wieder meine Unterkunft sein.

lo que parecía un hotel idílico se convirtió en una pesadilla.
Para empezar las mosquiteras en la habitación están rotas, pero da igual porque los bichos entran por debajo de la puerta de entrada, además está lleno de hormigas incluso en el segundo piso.
la limpieza brilla por su ausencia, aunque te pongan toallas nuevas están manchadas siempre.
la comida... en el buffet la gran mayoría es india, aunque tienen estación de pasta y parrilla de carne y pescado, en el bar de la playa puedes comer sandwich, hamburguesas, pizzas o pasta, pero ojo!!! porque mi pareja se cogió una intoxicación alimentaria y ellos se lavaron las manos totalmente, ni una triste solución, que si quería que fuera al médico que me lo pago yo, que ellos imposible que lo hayan provocado, pues tu me dirás si solo hemos comido ahí... pero bueno, en algo tiene que estar la diferencia de coger éste hotel o irte a uno mejor...
aunque las fotos te parezcan un sitio bonito y digno de ir, piénsatelo muy bien, porque en éstos detalles es donde está la diferencia.
menos mal que fue el último día, pero el último día en vez de disfrutar de las playas de Diani estuvimos sin salir de la habitación.
Sin duda, visita Diani pero no lo hagas aquí!!!

Beautiful property, and amazing staff. Great food and drinks, very satisfied. Went with my new Fiancé and had too much fun. Ocean front room was great, comfortable bed, hot shower, impressed!

We loved the property itself! Rooms were amazing and we enjoyed the beach and the pool. The only complaint we have is the food. It lacks options and the same selections are served everyday. It lacks variety so you get tired of eating the same things. Absolutely loved the romantic dinner on the beach and the food within that was absolutely delicious
