酒店還蠻新，自助餐除了甜品和色拉所有萊卻太鹹了，不能淡些讓客人自己調節嗎

Average Resort, not a place to go if you want peace and quiet. Got very loud once the locals came in with the screaming children. The staff were always courteous and professional.

The hotel was nice the maintenance staff was friendly but need to be trained more on cleanliness and the buffet area the dishes were dirty as well as the cup and utensils disgusting. The hotel should focus on there cleanliness when it come to utensils and cup there are a lot of diseases and it can be transmitted by dirty utensils. The waiters, most were friendly but others were as if they were in a bad mood.
Only one stood out for excellent customer service and it was Maria

Of a 4 night stay I went to bed hungry 3 times. The food is really quite disgusting. I had one good lunch on the property. Thats it. Its overcooked, bland and often unrecognizable.

The facilities are in good shape, but the service is inconsistent. Some of the staff members are friendly, but most don't provide good service unless you tip in advance. They seem to be annoyed when asked to perform their duties. Some behaved unprofessionally, complaining about their work in front of guests.

I got here at 12:31pm and I paid for early check-in. I didn’t get my room until 5pm. I couldn’t do the reservation to the restaurant because I got my room so late. I was standing to speak to someone at 4pm and they just kept giving me the run around.

We enjoyed the beach and the private pool for adults only and we appreciated our room #12112 which was on the ground floor, both being over 70, we were happy to be there.

poor Custumer service almost all employees they have a terrible reaction to any question, not water around the Lobby areas, the only nice place with good wine and cava is close until 3pm (good Service in here) .
