Wir besuchten das Michelangelo Boutique Hotel unerwartet, da ein Flug der Fluggesellschaft TUI gestrichen wurde. Was wir für eine schreckliche und beunruhigende Erfahrung hielten, wurde durch die Unterbringung in diesem geräumigen, modernen Hotel zu einem positiven Erlebnis. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt vom aufmerksamen Service jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters und dem hohen Sauberkeitsgrad im gesamten Gebäude. Unsere beiden Zimmer waren komplett ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Toilettenartikeln wie Duschgel, Shampoo, Spülung, Zahnpasta und Ihren persönlichen Michelangelo-Hausschuhen. Insgesamt waren wir äußerst beeindruckt und glücklich, in diesem Hotel untergebracht zu sein, und glauben, dass es in Zukunft ein schönes Hotel für einen erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub sein wird. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass es die süßesten Kätzchen aller Zeiten gab, die in den wunderschönen Vorgärten des Hotels herumstreunten! Der Pool war herrlich für ein erfrischendes Bad und war außerdem sauber und geräumig. Es gab viele Sonnenliegen. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt im Michelangelo Boutique Hotel absolut empfehlen und vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter, die sich während unseres unerwarteten Aufenthalts um uns gekümmert haben.

Nachdem ich andere Hotels überprüft habe, ist dieses Hotel bei weitem das beste in Dalyan. Ich habe es ein paar Mal besucht und es ändert sich nie. Die Gastfreundschaft ist überaus gut erholsamer Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet.

We have recently returned from a 2 night unexpected stay at this beautiful hotel. Due to a cancelled flight, we were brought to this hotel early hours in the morning by Tui. We were quickly checked in and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. We were initially only meant to be at the hotel for several hours, however little did we know after checking out, we would be returning 5 hours later due to another cancelled flight. On arrival this time, we were greeted with water and a sandwich and also offered the same room as we had the night before. We stayed in room 501 and even though the balcony didn’t have much of a view, we actually really liked looking out at the surrounding bushes/flowers. The rooms are stunning, as is the entire hotel. It is located 4 minutes away from the port of Dalyan where you will find lots of shops, bars and restaurants. A huge thank you to the member of staff that helped me connect to the internet prior to check in being complete - after a long night with no contact with my family, this was really helpful. Thank you to everyone for accommodating us during a very frustrating time. Your hospitality made the experience that little bit bearable and we will definitely be recommending this hotel. Very nice newly renovated hotel close to the river front. Nice pool, bar and a great breakfast with very efficient service. Would highly recommend. We looked at cheaper accommodation but pleased we chose this hotel. Beer is a tad expensive, but it’s not a budget hotel.

We had a great two night stay and the staff were all amazing. Very chilled relaxing hotel with a lovely breakfast, only criticism would be the wi-fi - worked fine in the room but kept dropping around the pool. This was our first visit to Dalyan and we would definitely stay at this hotel again only 5 minutes walk to the square. We were lucky enough to be there when there was an open air concert on. I have just returned from a four night stay at this wonderful hotel. Myself and my family/friends (party of 11) amongst many others with transferred to this hotel in the early hours of Saturday morning following a cancelled TUI flight. On arrival the hotel staff had nit been made aware we were coming but fortunately had room for us all and checked us in very quickly. The rooms were clean, modern, spacious and the air con was great. My family were even moved to a larger room the following morning which was beautiful with a large balcony. The staff at this hotel are very attentive and can't do enough for you, we travelled with 4 young children and they engaged with them and made sure they had fun. The hotel is in gteat location with a short walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel offer a limited choice at meal times ( but it may have felt this way having spent 11 nights in an all inclusive holiday village prior to coming here) but all the food was very nice, you could pay extra to order off the menu and there was a good choice. A cancelled flight and 4 day delay to come home was not how we hoped to end our holiday but we were lucky we got to spend our time in this lovely hotel, we would definitely recommend it to others and would like to return here again in the future. :-)

Lovely little hotel rooms are great ,staff very friendly ,close to town all good points now the bad points are , The area around the pool hasn't been cleaned by the sunbeds during our stay could at least wash them down and the drinks are ridiculously over priced 1 effes 250 lira = £6.10 a standard coffee in a plastic cup £4.50 and a small can of soft drink £3 shame as if the prices was lower people would stay and drink more in the hotel Instead of going out so much to town

As other people have said, 2 night stay due to Tui delayed flights. Hotel is superb cleanest rooms, very helpful and very friendly staff. Put up with a lot people on a last minute basis. TUI need to take note of this hotels customer service, they might learn something. Thanks Michalangelo, will be back.

We stayed for a whole month which I imagine is unusual, so was apprehensive before booking. We need not have worried; the staff were exceptional in their willingness to help in every way. The breakfast was excellent , with fresh orange juice and good coffee, choice of breads, eggs, cheese, olives, jams, etc; etc; and the service was superb and considerate. The pool area and room cleanliness was also excellent. The only reason I did not give an " Exceptional " rating is simply the high cost of beverages and food; the prices are considerably more expensive than other local hospitality establishments. We arrived as customers and left as friends, and we are seriously considering a similar visit later this year, and are delighted to be able to write that this hotel is truly very very good, and are happy to give a genuine recommendation. Our flight was cancelled and we were taken to a nearby awful hotel that we just couldn't stay at, it was that bad. So my husband walked into this hotel at 3am looking for a room. The Staff at the hotel couldn't do enough for us, we were treated like royalty and were so grateful to them in our hour of need. The room was lovely and spotless. The breakfast was fantastic. We can't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

We had a 1 night stay here, the room was lovely and clean, comfortable, best night sleep in Turkey for all of us and we were a party of 6. The porter brought us our charger and a playsuit left in the room on departure but he came and found us with the items. We missed breakfast and lunch was poor so we ate out in evening but overall I was still pleased with the experience, its only small so I dont want to mark it down for food as most people would eat out. Air con was great in room too, not too cold, perfect!

This Hotel was Perfect for an unplanned Stop. Staff were Helpful. It was clean. The room had everything I needed including a Bathroom Box of amenities/cosmetics I had left behind. Towels were provided. A pool Towel included. Slippers. The Bed and Pillows were comfy And Breakfast was Amazing.

Needed somewhere to stay near Dalaman Airport, our friends were flying in on a late night flight 2 days later, then we were off touring the coast. Contacted hotel to ask about a late check out but didn't get a response, so in the end we booked via ********** and put in a request for a late check out. As soon as we had booked the request was acknowledged and declined, an extra night was their policy. Too late now, so I replied saying hopefully they would have a courtesy room for guests flying home late, a swift response again, but no, they do not have courtesy rooms, we could however, leave our cases in the office. Our arrival was very late around 11pm we were met in reception, with a lovely welcome and a glass of orange and pomegranate juice. Our room was spacious and clean with a view of the pool. At breakfast, the next morning we met Yuvan, we were advised we could sit anywhere as only 5 couples in hotel and 4 were going home today. We found this amusing, we would have the hotel to ourselves, surely a late check out or spare room could be found for our late departure now? Our second night was not so good, given we thought we were the only guests at the hotel, we were surprised when we were woken up by a baby crying very loudly and a lot of noise coming from the room next door, this went on and on for the best part of 4 hours. We couldn't understand why the manager, with an empty hotel, put a couple and their very tired baby right next to us. At breakfast, we I spoke to Yuvan about our dilema, we wished to visit the beach after checking out at 12 noon, but had a reservation at a smart restaurant at 7pm and didn't want to go covered in sand and sea water. Our taxi to Dalaman to collect friends was booked from the hotel at 9pm. He didn't see the problem, he spoke very good English and said we could leave our bags and use the hotels changing facilities and showers after the beach and before supper. He explained the reception/Manager just hadn't understood us and that everything would be just fine - for this I gave him a very good tip and explained the hotel would get an excellent recommendation, the matter now resolved. To our utter amazement, when we returned at 5pm from the beach, we collected our luggage from the office and were taken to the hotels restrooms, just a normal block of ladies and gents with one cubical for changing, I had removed my salty, sandy costume before I realised this was not a shower, so I went outside into the corridor in search of the showers, after all, it was a Spa Hotel. The manager quickly appeared, as did my husband, to find me undressed, wrapped in a towel asking for the showers to wash my hair and where I could dry it? The Manager explained the only showers were the open air ones around the pool, so I would have to leave my clothes and case in the lower ground Loo and head up to the pool, to shower in public and wash my hair, then head back down to the loo to get dressed, but not dry my hair, I asked about
