The ryokan is perfectly located near the bus station and the city center. The onsen is great and the room is good.

Good location, not far from city center & public onsen. But not private bathroom on a room.

Great ryokan stay while visiting Kusatsu. The staff are very friendly, helpful and they try their best to answer our questions. The location is great, walking distance to the bus station, the center of the hotspring attraction and the famous public onsen. The hotel onsen and bathing room are small. But we took showers when we enjoyed the public onsen. Simple breakfast is provided daily, not lunch & dinner. There are lots of restaurants and street foods are available on the streets. This ryokan is a great Japanese experience. Note: some restaurants closed very early for dinner.

Room is clean & staff is very helpful. Unfortunately, I can't enjoy the public bath as I am surprised by the hot temperatures which is out of my limit. Went on late February, it start snowing at night and can get very cold so be prepare if you visit around that time.

Nice and comfortable ryokan to stay with aesthetic and spacious room, most importantly is a very hygenic place too. Excellent free light breakfast is also provided. The staff services is also top notch.

The ryokan location is excellent (walking distance from the town Bus Station and Yubatake - Town Central area). Staff is very friendly, pay attention to your requests. it has a small onsen which we used everyday. Simple (but tasty and heathy) breakfast was included. The Ryokan doesn't offer lunch or dinner but there are many nice eating places within walking distance. We stayed 2 nights so enjoyed the amazing night atmosphere/scenery of Yubatake. If we come back to Kunatsu Onsen, we will stay at Ruokan Yoshinoya again.

Friendly staff with nice room. The hotel is located conveniently between the bus spot and central tourist area. There is a small onsen within the hotel which we visited everyday after snowboard. Will definitely stay again if I visit Kusatsu.

シンプルですが綺麗なお部屋で快適に過ごせました。接客も良かったです◎ 浴場はこぢんまりとしているので温泉街を楽しみたい方に最適な旅館だと思います。初めての草津旅行でしたがとても快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！

ツーリングプランにて利用させて頂きました。バイクが屋根付きの専用駐車場に駐輪出来て翌日は大雨でしたが屋根付きの為、積載も濡れずに出来て大変助かりました。またチェックアウト後も12時までは駐輪可能の為、時間にゆとりが持てて良かったです。部屋に空きが有り、シングルだった友人がツインの部屋にアップグレードして頂きとても嬉しかったです。フロントで頂いた夕食のお勧め案内のお店がもう少し充実していると良かったかなと思います。（お勧めのお店に予約電話をしたところ3軒中2軒は満席でした） 外国人の従業員の方も笑顔で対応して頂きリピートしても良いと思いました。

いつも利用させて頂いてます。 バイクの屋根付き駐車場があるのがポイントです。 お部屋も綺麗で草津に行く時は第一優先宿になってます。 今後もよろしくお願いします。

湯畑に近くて良かったです。お風呂も気持ちよかったです！無料朝食もあるし、従業員さんも親切でした。しいていえば３階だったので荷物を持っての上がり下りが少し大変だったところだけで◯4にしました。でも、また泊まらせて頂きたいお宿でした！
