All inclusive worth it bartender by the pool is amazing and attentive. Food is good but some dinner need reservations just a heads up.

Las instalaciones son muy viejas, intentamos llamar a recepción desde la habitación pero el teléfono no servia por los años que tenia ,las toallas que nos proporcionaron estaban mojadas, la comida y la cena es buena

시설 관리가 잘 되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 직원들이 매우 친절하고 우호적입니다.
또한 올 인클루시브의 식사와 식음료도 다양하고 맛이 좋으며 잘 관리고 붐비지 않는 리조트의 프라이빗 해변에서 한가로운 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다.
3박 4일을 묵었는데 기회가 되면 다시 찾고 싶을 뿐만 아니라 지인들에게 적극 추천하고 싶습니다.

The all inclusive option was awesome. The food was so good and there was many choice of food to choose from. The chicken was the best i had for a long time. The only down size for us was that it was an older crowd 60 years old and many americain. Would recommend !

The Dive shop is great. However, the prices have gone up. Food was not very good. Lots of people were and are complaining about a lot of issues. Wyndome properties should be ashamed to have their name associated with this resort

The property looked complete different than the photos. It was slightly run down and not a four star as listed. The food was repetitive and you can only get a reservation for dinner three nights out of the six.
They were short staffed. When we checked in nobody told us anything about the resort. We did not get fresh towels in the room and they didn’t clean it until 5 pm. I would not stay there again. For divers it was a prime location but for a relaxing vacation when you work hard for your money stay somewhere else!

This was our first stay at this property. The rooms were clean but outdated. They are in need of refurnishing. The common areas need attention as there was a dirty towel under a Culligan water dispenser our entire stay. The food was average. We received very few new water bottles while there which was disappointing. They do not have washcloths available for guests which is an inconvenience. Not all of the alcohol is free as there is an up-charge on certain brands. Probably will not return but we still enjoyed our time in the sun away from the cold.

The all inclusive was very limited. The food was the same every night. The ac in the room wasn’t great. And on the website it says beach, but in reality it was more like a boat docking with rocks. The staff was great and very helpful. Downtown wasn’t far about 10 dollar cab ride.

Staff was very friendly and helpful however this resort is in need of a major refresh. In my room the shower head was pointing at the wall and there was no drain plug in the sink so there was an excessive amount of noise every time you used the sink.
There is a "private beach" but no beach access. There are two restaurants but during my entire stay they were never both open at the same time. The staff at the bar and restaurants were attentive and the drinks were tasty. This would be a great place to say if you are a person who only sleeps and showers in your room but if you are seeking creature comforts such as a comfortable bed I'd look else where.
