Der Service war gut, wenn man keine Probleme hatte. Wenn Sie jedoch ein Problem mit dem Resort haben, werden Sie aufgefordert, sich an Ihr Reisebüro zu wenden. Sie sind nicht bereit, bei der Lösung Ihrer Probleme zu helfen. Außerdem werden Sie von den Timesharing-Mitarbeitern des Resorts versorgt, die versuchen, Sie zu einer 90-minütigen Tour zu bewegen. Das Essen war nicht identifizierbar, ich würde empfehlen, bei Dingen zu bleiben, von denen Sie wissen, was Sie essen. Weil sie sagten, sie hätten kein Huhn und kein Rindfleisch mehr, aber auf dem Menüschild steht, dass es Huhn und Rindfleisch ist? Das war sehr verwirrend und ich wollte es nicht essen! Und mein Bruder sagte, es schmeckte nach Pute lol 😆 ja nicht ich, ich habe Bohnen, Reis und Obst gegessen 😋

The hotel rooms are not so bad but the buffet food is really terrible. In the Italian restaurant the food is quite good, but it is an impossible mission to get a table, either it is closed or they only serve a few people.

Atendimento atencioso e sempre dispostos a ajudar, chama táxi, levam as malas.. Quarto e banheiro grandes, chuveiro bom com temperatura da água boa.. cama boa também porém no quarto que escolhemos era de casal (poderia ser queen pelo menos).. Concedem toalhas para piscina e praia do hotel, podendo levar também nos passeios, apenas registrar na recepção. A prainha do hotel é linda, legal para fazer snorkel na água cristalina, vários peixinhos.. bar próximo da piscina faz hamburguer, tacos e outras coisas se sentir fome a tarde.. por do sol da piscina e prainha é lindo!! Não precisa fazer reserva nos restaurantes, mas eles fazem uma lista de espera no dia. Restaurante de Frutos do Mar estava funcionando somente para almoço. A comida dos restaurantes era ok.. não fornecem Transfer para o ferry.. taxi do ferry custa cerca de 100 pesos em 2022.

we liked the property, the food this year was not as good as last year, the plumbing issues with the toilet working when it felt like it. the leak at 4:00 in the morning the leaky shower head the toilet supply leaking, all diminished our stay this year.

The staff is excellent. People like Alfredo, ****nio, Cosme and Kevin in the dining area are helpful, professional and very courteous. Gorghe, the activity director is an organized, team oriented leader who is a great asset to the property. The HUGE problem with this property is it is not the least bit oriented for handicapped people. No railings, uneven walking paths, etc. Very sad when you consider the good things. We will most likely NOT return to the Palace unless dramatic upgrades are made for handicapped...not having a railing at the entry to the lobby or to the restaurants is just not acceptable. But again...the staff is excellent.

We were upgraded to a gorgeous room. 8th floor beautiful view. Food was exceptional in the Italian and Mexican restaurants
Buffets were typical all inclusive
The pool had spectacular bbqs and fruit displays.
Really fun place to relax.
Only complaint would be not enough beach chairs and no rules for "hanging a towel on a chair to save it"
I had to get up at 7 to get chairs for 2
And i followed commom courtesy and stayed there.

no pool volleyball, lineups for all food, buffet was repetitive, and very small selection, access to all facilities was a fair distance to anything from room, or lobby area, food taste was average to poor for most part accept a rare dish. bar service, if they ran out of a brand say JD, a bottle that day they wouldn't replenish or open a new one till following day, this was a regular thing, than u had to switch to the local cheap wiskey/vodka

We had a wonderful time at the resort. All and all an awesome place to stay. The only thing was the food was not great. We understand you are feeding large amounts of people but the overall taste and select was lacking. Also to wait 2 hours for the restaurants seemed extreme. But the staff and the surrounding were beautiful!
