An extremely bad experience, I stay here for 2 nights (28.2.2022-2.3.2022 Room 437).
All service staff attitude is very welcoming, until I met the receptionist named CHARIE , my room door was broken and I had to go up and down from the 4th floor to the front desk 2-3 times to ask for assistance but I feel like they don't want to support and made me wait is very time consuming. After fixing it done that afternoon , I was going to go to the beach to play from 16:00 to 18:00, but when I went out the door continued to fail in the evening , I went down to the front desk for the 4th time, and CHARIE made us wait for processing, until 16:20. Seeing that it took a lot of time, I asked her : can i go to the sea first and the door fix after because very late? , she said: you HAVE TO WAIT until the repair is done before you can go. As a result, it was almost 5pm when the door was repaired and I only had 1 hour left to play at the beach because it was already dark. Why did I pay enough for the hotel to use the service 20 hours a day but it took more than 1 hour to fix the door and watch my room when the man fix door, the front desk staff was not responsible for that and forced us to look after their room, CHARIE's attitude was very rude. Is the hotel door broken because of us? Why is your house broken but you make us look after your house when someone comes to fix it, it's too absurd. During our discussion with CHARIE, we had a request to change rooms to save time to have a better experience but she ignored and didn't answer the question and always said: "YOU HAVE TO WAIT " while it's 4pm, I want to swim after4PM because it's not sunny. The Hotel Management can check the camera of room 437 (15pm 28/02/2022 - 11am 02/03/2022) to see how many times I went up and down and waited when the door was broken. I actually don't mind because all the staff are very nice, including the house keeping and the door repair staff are very nice, I give 1 star because the CHARIE attitude makes me unable to sympathize.

Last problem, i don't understand why i paid in full but when i asked the staff to issue an invoice they informed me that they couldn't invoice me and suggested i ask myself on Trip.com
