Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier. Das Personal des Hotels ist immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kamen eines Abends mit unseren Ebikes erst kurz vor Mitternacht zum Hotel zurück und mussten feststellen, dass wir in unserer Garage keine Steckdose zum Laden haben. Daher wurde uns auch zu später Stunde prompt mit einem Verteiler und einer neuen Garage ausgeholfen.

Wir hatten einen großen Blick auf das Schloss aus unserem Zimmer und die Terrasse am Eingang des Hotels bietet auch eine schöne Aussicht. Das erfreuliche Frühstück war sehr lecker mit einer schönen Auswahl an Obst, Brot, Fleisch, Käse, Getreide und Kuchen. Das Personal war hilfreich und freundlich. Das heißt, das Zimmer selbst brauchte eine Aktualisierung. Die Klimaanlage war kaputt und das Zimmer war sehr stuffig und heiß, auch wenn wir das Fenster öffneten. Keine Tee- oder Kaffeebereitungsanlagen waren im Zimmer verfügbar. Das WI-FI war arm und blieb abschneiden. Ich habe die Spa-Anlagen nicht benutzt, so kann ich nicht zu diesen kommentieren.

Wir hatten mehrere Übernachtungen in der Villa Soligo. Perfekt gelegen ist es eine wunderbare Villa mit wunderbarer Einrichtung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Aber es gibt doch Optimierungspotenzial. Der Service ist abends eher mässig. Auch die Einführung in die Region fiel eher mager aus, z. B. wollten wir etwas über Wanderungen und Spor**öglichkeiten wissen und man hat uns nur zwei Landkarten in die Hand gedrückt. Die Sporteinrichtungen im Keller hatten keine Desinfektionsmittel und die Griffe der Geräte müssten unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Bei einem Starkregen hat es ins Zimmer getropft. Das wurde aber nur notdürftig repariert. Hätte man gästefreundlicher lösen können. Der Pool wirkt etwas vergilbt und viele der Gäste duschen nicht. Das kann man als Management durchaus verbessern (wir kommen selber aus der Hotellerie und haben Wege gefunden).

Accogliente hotel moderno situato nelle vicinanze di diverse realtà industriali, con un ampio parcheggio e numerose camere a disposizione. La colazione è notevolmente deliziosa e variegata, mentre il personale si distingue per la gentilezza. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia generale e l'attenzione ai dettagli. L'unica pecca è l'assenza di un ristorante interno, ma ciò non rappresenta un problema grazie alla presenza di diversi ristoranti entro un raggio di 2 km. Consigliato vivamente.
