Quality Inn Concord Kannapolis

是品質酒店，感覺上是汽車旅館，但是佈置的還是比較好，裏面有一個庭院，也有一個泳池，天氣開始冷了，沒有開放，交通比較方便，周邊吃飯的地方也比較多。整體來説，環境比較好，但是他的餐廳是早餐之外的時間不允許進入的。

Staff were asking for my deposit and my pet fee to be in cash. $125 dollars to fork over in cash. We do not carry that much cash on us so I told them I only had a Credit Card. She took the card and entered it in to her system. But I have not gotten my $100 deposit back yet. Not sure when it will come off.

My stay was perfect. Room was great, shower was hot and clean. The shampoo and conditioner were better than a lot of other hotels I've been to. Cant really hear the neighbors, even the ones with pets. Good find.

There were issues: some sticky brown stuff all over the coffee maker, the tp roll was empty (there was one other we had to put on), the front of the AC unit kept falling off (used a chair to prop it on)...

The room was not cleaned thoroughly, and the said check out is at 11 am and we had a staff member come knoch at our door at 10:45 am rushing us to leave the room

It was quiet, we arrived really late restaurant close by and wake up call and breakfast in the morning

Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. Very bad customer service experience. Money hungry and the entire property had a very bad smell.

I didnt really like it at all i was told tht i had to get room service just for them to come and clean my room bc the florr hadnt been vacuumed and it smelled awful and when i left and tried to get my deposit back they told me i wasnt getting it back bc i lit some Incense to get rid of the smell and they said tht was the samething as smoking in the room witch i got a non smoking room bc i dont smoke

We’ve stayed at this property several times as we have family in the area that we frequently visit. It’s nothing more than a cheap place to lay your head. We always book through ******* and it’s tied to a virtual card of mine. It has never been an issue until our most recent visit, when during check in we were granted a “one time courtesy” of using a virtual card to pay for the room. They had no issue charging my card for the room long before I arrived on the property for check in, so I’m not sure why it’s an issue for me to use whatever method of payment I please, especially if I can show you the virtual card on my phone. The breakfast options are lacking - the waffle mix was expired & the waffles tasted sour. When we brought it to their attention at checkout, they claim the mix comes every 2 weeks and is good for 3 months. Regardless of expiration dates, every now and then there will be a bad batch and refusing to believe us when we tell you it’s expired tells you everything you need to know about this place. The speed bumps in the parking lot are beyond ridiculous and will scrape your car no matter the speed or angle from which you take them. This was our final stay here, and I advise those looking for a cheap place to be weary of the Quality Inn in Concord. The photos are deceiving and the customer service is nonexistent.
