I was on vacation from Michigan to see Garden of the Gods and booked the 2 bed suite with a mountain view. Upon arrival, the first room (438) had visible stains on the top of the bed sheets. I complained to Marissa at the front desk and they provided another key to an identical room (432) but assured me if I call ******* they would authorize a refund. I did just that, and ******* said the desk would only authorize a partial refund. There is lack of care from housekeepers to ignore an obvious stain on top of a made bed and Marissa mislead me regarding a refund. I liked the location of Best Westen Plus Fillmore better, but even their breakfast was awful.
