Excelente para estar en familia

A very nice stay. Staff, helpfull and friendly. Beds are good, firm. Room always clean. The buffet was very good, with plenty of options and well cooked. The Hotel is dated, but well maintained. Nearby salt flats with plenty of mosquitoes mainly at dusk, however the bites were free, so we can't complain.

From first contact with reception staff and throughout my stay,8 nights, every member of staff, Reception,cleaning,dinning hall waiting,kitchen/serving and Manager were welcoming friendly and helpful in any way they could be. My room was exactly what was expected, high floor with great sea view.Well sized and had very quiet and efficient aircon.Safe provided in room included in cost.Hairdryer and adequate size fridge (enough for cans of drink and bottles if laid on shelf).Fridge also very quiet.No kettle. Slide door onto good sized balcony with table,chairs and also a drying rack affixed to the wall. The bathroom was good size and the bath, well not full size but I, at 5ft 10inches and 113 kilo was able to lay down with leggs up the wall.More comfortable than it sounds.The bath had a couple of Small rust marks on top surface near tap for filling bath or turning on shower,very powerfull one at that. Drinking glasses and pitcher for water,which was provided free in lobby,both chilled and filtered.This was a nod both to saving plastic as you could fill drinks bottles free and to the fact that swimming squads favour staying here as 50 meter ten lane pool is 5 min walk away. This meant that there were LARGE groups of young people.maybe 10 - 18 years old but mostly very well behaved. Well the Danish were the Swiss not so much. However the staff did best to control them via the squad coaches. Entertainment was a welcome surprise and included in cost,especially enjoyed the Spanish dancers. Ice could be obtained free by walking to outside bar. A suggestion would be to put an ice dispenser in lobby next to water dispensers. Pool good size and clean with sun beds arround which at this time of year,October were free. Never saw a single towl on them early morning.There is also a platform on rocks outside Hotel where sunbeds and fixed shades could be rented at 6 euro per bed.Steps provided to acces sea or if like my partner not keen on deep water, a short walk, 1.5 mins and you had a safe shallow lagoon. Whilst speaking of walking, a board walk outside the Hotel provides sea front walks in both directions.North to lovely beaches and left to Lighthouse and Port area and splendid beaches beyond that. A wonderful experience which when and as I re visit Colonia I shall repeat. Thank you EVERYONE at hotel for helping make our first visit to Mallorca so memorable for the right reasons.

My wife and I had the best experience at check in/check out with Lola and Bruno in fact all the staff were great for example they offered a beach parasol when we asked for one and were really accommodating, I have to really commend them all. The room was great, spacious with a great hot shower with good pressure. The breakfast was really good with hot and cold options and fresh omelettes made to order. The fresh fruit was plentiful and my wife and I really enjoyed our breakfasts. The location is ideal near to the port if you want to stroll in and near to the urban beaches as well. Summary great value, great staff and we will be back!!
