Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, kleine, aber saubere Zimmer, stabile WLAN-Verbindung, Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Fruchtsäften, Gebäck, Käse, Schinken, Joghurt und mehr.
Das Hotel stellt ein All-in-One-Shampoo/Duschgel/Gesichtswaschmittel zur Verfügung. Wenn Sie also eine Spülung benötigen, sollten Sie diese vielleicht mitbringen.

Wir waren zu viert als Familie zwei Nächte im Hotel. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt ok. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit (wenn das französisch nicht reichte, ging es auch auf Englisch weiter). Es gab jederzeit kostenlos Wasser, Tee und Kaffee und eine Candy-Bar. Andere Getränke 24h gegen Gebühr. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ansprechend und vielfältig inkl. frisch gepresster Orangensaft. Das Hotel ist praktisch gelegen, in einer ruhigeren Nebenstraße und nur ca. 3 Gehminuten von der Metro Linie 13 entfernt. Das Familienzimmer hatte ein Doppelbett und ein Doppel-Schlafsofa (siehe Bilder). Leider kühlte die Klimaanlage nur bis 23 Grad runter – ob Absicht oder technischer Defekt wissen wir nicht. Dadurch war der Raum für Koffer und Taschen etwas begrenzt, aber ok für ein paar Tage. Die Decke bedarf einer Renovierung – da gab es wohl mal einen Wasserschaden und die Farbe blättert ab. Teppiche müssten mal erneuert werden, aber ansonsten ordentlich und sauber.

Ohne das Personal und sein hilfsbereites Verhalten würde ich nicht wieder hierher kommen. Jeder ist so bereit, Sie willkommen zu heißen und Ihnen zu helfen. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Orphelia, Hussain und Rashid, die die meiste Zeit da waren, um mich zu unterstützen. Allerdings war jeder mit einem Lächeln bereit und fragte nach Ihrem Wohlbefinden. Die Lage ist trotz der Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station kein Vorteil, da die U-Bahn immer voll ist, da es sich um einen Vorort handelt. Ich persönlich fand es spät in der Nacht nicht sicher, obwohl es nichts Ungewöhnliches gab. Kleine, aber saubere Zimmer, guter Zimmerservice. Eine Sache, die mich jedoch jeden Tag irritierte, war der klebrige, nicht so saubere Boden in der Nähe des Essbereichs und im Aufzug. Im Aufzug war etwas Klebriges, was schon am ersten Tag deutlich zu sehen war. Als ich danach gefragt wurde, sagte man mir, ich solle mir keine Sorgen machen, da es am Regen liege!!! Dies konnte selbst nach 7 Tagen meines Aufenthalts bei meiner Abreise nicht gereinigt werden.

Stayed for 4 nights in the family room on 5th floor, was pleased that sofa bed folded out to 2 separate beds as kids had their own bed. Room was a decent size for us. Breakfast was a very good offering and it set us up nicely each day. Appreciated that it was available from 6am-10am as this was good for both early starts and the days we wanted a bit of a longer lie. We also loved the sweets in reception area that were always available. Location was good, quick walk to metro which had us in the centre of Paris in about 20 mins and also some nice restaurants nearby. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Beds were comfortable and lovely and clean. Some small issues - air con wasn’t very good and it was hot for October but we slept with windows open and that was fine (although a bit noisy in the street in the morning). Very slight damp smell but I think this is because the bathroom fan wasn’t working. Could do with a mirror at the desk as was hard to dry hair at plug at the door where the mirror was as hairdryer cord was short and plug was low. Staff could not have been more helpful, every person we came across was helpful and genuine, we really appreciated that. All in all, I would stay here again, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks again to all the lovely staff!

This was a delightful hotel in the area of Clichy on the outskirts of Paris. I stayed with 4 other family members for the 2nd week of the Paralympics. The staff were wonderful, helpful and so pleasant to us. Nothing was too much trouble. I would like to give a special mention to Loua, Inesa, Fatima and Rachid who ensured that our stay ran smoothly. The complimentary coffee, tea and sweets in the reception area were a nice surprise and much appreciated. The rooms were spacious and clean and the continental breakfast plentiful. All in all this is a very good hotel to use as a base for a visit to Paris and I would not hesitate to stay here again if the occasion arises. Thanks to all the above mentioned staff who looked after us so well.

This hotel is well located, not far from the central areas of Paris, but just far enough to get some peace and space. There is a metro station within 5 minutes walk which offers very frequent trains to central Paris. Also there are several cafes, restaurants, shops and bars nearby. We had a car with us and found the hotel parking very helpful, only 18 euros per night. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious by Paris standards, beds comfortable, very clean. One downside is that the air-con is controlled and cannot go any lower than 23 degrees, this was uncomfortably warm for us to sleep. The breakfast was excellent with a selection of fresh fruits, cereals, eggs, pastries, cheeses, ham, juice, teas and coffees - the hotel was busy but the staff worked hard to keep the food and drink supplies refreshed. Also there is cool water and other refreshments available in reception all day. The area around the hotel seemed quite safe to us, even after dark.

Stayed here in May with my boyfriend, his daughter and her friend for the Taylor Swift concert. Overall the hotel seemed to be very nice. Reception was friendly, breakfast (the first night) was very good. During the second night there was a power outage. We only realized this the next morning when we arrived in the breakfast room, to find this empty and without breakfast. No pro-active communication from the hotel. When we asked what was going on, they told us there was a power outage which was being worked on. We could have our breakfast in another Ibis around the corner (budget) and it was definitely less good, in a stuffed basement with shouting kids. Less to choose from as well. At night, still no update or no electricity. They kept assuring us things were going to be fixed any time now. Off we went to discover the city. At the end of the day we returned to get ourselves prepared for the concert. Still no power. A cold shower was all we could have, and make-up was applied in nearly dark. Boyfriend stayed in the hotel as he had to work, but again no light nor wifi. In the middle of the night the power finally went on and woke us up. The next morning, no apologies from the hotel. When checking out I demanded a partial refund, since there was absolutely a lack of communication or feeling of responsibility. I totally understand things like these can happen, but it is the way they are dealt with that counts. I did not obtain anything as the receptionist couldn't take such decisions. Instead I got the email address of the manager. It has now been over 5 weeks and I am still waiting for a response, after sending multiple emails. I just called the receptionist who told me he did relaunch the email to the manager, but that it was up to him whether he felt like responding or not. I think itis an absolute disgrace to treat customers this way. I always stayed at Ibis but I will think twice about booking again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast spread was limited but good. A minute's walk away from the metro station. Front desk staff was very welcoming and helped us get around the city as well. Rooms were small but cleaned well everyday. The sofa-cum-bed was a bit creaky but now a show stopper. Overall, we would definitely want to come back here, particularly because of the warm Parisian hospitality of the people who run the place.

The hotel was very good value for money, located right next to the metro station mairie del Clichy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, well stocked and fresh. The rooms were comfortable and clean, maybe slightly on the dark side but good none the less

All the hotel staff we had dealings with were friendly and helpful most spoke very good English or understood our poor French. Breakfast selection was good and the rooms were kept clean with fresh towels daily. The location is quiet but there are some very good bars and restaurants nearby. The metro station and. Supermarket are close by. We would definitely recommend to others to stop there when visiting Paris on a budget. We got a taxi from Charles du Gaulle Airport and it was 55 Euros flat fee and 63 euros when we returned which we felt was good value as there were 4 of us

We were in Paris for my daughters 18th birthday it was our first time in Paris . I was nervous about my hotel booking as I had heard a few things about Paris and areas just outside like clichy not being safe . I can honestly say this is totally not true clichy is so safe and lovely the hotel is clean the rooms are on the small side but we were very happy with ours and there was 4 of us in it . The breakfast is yummy nothing hot but a great selection we loved it . But the star of the show is the staff so friendly can’t do enough for you . We loved Paris and loved this hotel and area would definitely stay here again thank you ibis styles clichy

The staff was super friendly and always helpful. Rooms were clean and we had fresh towels every day. Breakfast was plenty and delicious, the coffee machine was great too. The free candy bar, free water/lemonade and pastries was a nice added bonus. The Metro station was close and it wasn't far to get to all the attractions. Will definitely come back again when we visit Paris.

Sylviain, the manager made all the difference and made our stay a 5 star one - as did all the lovely staff which makes this a 5 star hotel for us! Easy to find, great secure parking( with EV charging) and close to metro and all amenities including some restaurants. What more would you want! Our choice for a Paris stay thanks again to the team for making a difference ( and a great breakfast to boot)!
