We do not really enjoyed our stay at Red doorz Winterhotel, the condition of the hotel really needs to improve specially the smell around the facility. For the basic toiletries, they provide only soap. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Accommodating staff, they never called when its your time to move out, but it was a nice experience.

The front desk officers are very accomodating. Safe place to stay.

We booked their SUITE ROOM with my family. The staff and security guards are nice. Their security measures is good because they check my family if we know if one of us is going out. About the hotel EVERYTHING is BAD. Dirty, dusty, nasty smell, pillows are dirty, drinking glasses are also dirty. No hot shower, no electric kettle, no refrigerator., no generator. Fortunately, we're not one of those who stuck to their elevator, we almost experience that if we went back 10 minutes early before the brown out. Overall , NOT RECOMMENDED.
