I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and daughter over the weekend in celebration of my birthday. It was a good decision to choose this hotel. This was not the first time we stayed but, in fact, it is my daughter’s favorite hotel. It is conveniently located beside two malls with lots of dining spots to choose from if in case you opt no to dine in Misto (the hotel’s restaurant). We, however, availed of their breakfast buffets which is always good and we also had their buffet dinner which includes lots of dishes to try.
What I really like about this hotel is the homey-feel that it provides to its guests. The prices for the stay and it services are reasonable. By and large, this is one of our go-to hotel when we do our staycation within the Metro.

NNCDas Zimmer ist geräumig, die Sauberkeit ist gut und auch das Bodenpersonal ist sehr nett.
Die WLAN-Verbindung im Badezimmer ist schlecht und es kann keine Verbindung zum Internet hergestellt werden.
Die Glasfenster sind sehr schmutzig, was ziemlich ernst ist.
Da ich am ersten Tag ankam und die Grab-App nicht nutzte, bat ich das Personal, mir beim Anruf zu helfen. Das Personal bat nur um ein Taxi und wurde um 2.000 Peseten für 11 Kilometer betrogen. Danach habe ich nur P650 für den Anruf berechnet. Ich bin wirklich frustriert!

NNicole MercadoMy husband and I checked in from Dec 14-16 and we enjoyed how the location of the hotel was in the heart of the city itself, was walking distance to all the amenities and restaurants within the area.
The cleanliness and location of the hotel was perfect, the services as well were great, all of the staff that we spoke to were friendly and accommodating. A comment only on the lifts - sometimes only 1 or 2 working ones out of the 3 were operating and there were moments were the lift would skip our floor and we had to wait approx. 10 minutes to be able to catch one.
We found it odd how a lunch/dinner reception was happening right in front of the check in counter blocking the entrance, and we had to enter/exit through the sides, but i guess the other ballrooms were full. The breakfast was good, we loved the yummy food that was served in the mornings.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again thanks to the location, cleanliness and hospitality of the staff, thanks for making our stay seamless!

I stayed at this hotel with my four siblings. Initially, I booked a premium room for two people because I expected only one of my siblings to join me. However, plans changed, and all four of us ended up coming. When we arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., I approached the front desk to request an upgrade to a room that could accommodate five people. I was informed that no such room was available, so I agreed to book an additional suite room (Suite Two), which could accommodate three more people.
I appreciated that the hotel placed both rooms next to each other—a thoughtful arrangement that made it easier for my older sister and me to look after our three teenage siblings.
We were aware that check-in was at 2 p.m. and were willing to wait. Since it was a holiday (Lenten season), most nearby establishments, like malls, were closed. The front desk initially encouraged us to go out and explore, but I gently reminded them it was a holiday and most places would be closed. Eventually, they allowed us to wait in the lobby, and we were pleasantly surprised when they let us check in early at 1 p.m., which we really appreciated.
The front desk staff were approachable and polite during both check-in and our stay. However, we experienced some issues with communication. When I called to order food, I clearly requested seven cups of plain steamed rice, two pitchers of service water, carbonara, two sticks of chicken barbecue, and beef tapa. I specifically asked that all rice—including the one that comes with the beef tapa—be plain steamed rice. The male clerk repeated the order and confirmed all the details.
However, when the food arrived, we only received two cups of rice, one of which was garlic rice, and the rest of the order was incomplete. The pitchers of water were also forgotten and only empty glasses were delivered. I had to call again and follow up several times until the order was completed. I didn’t get angry or raise my voice, but I was genuinely disappointed. Everyone stayed calm, but the experience was frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail.
The Suite Two room was spacious and satisfying, but we were surprised to find a cockroach crawling on the floor, which my brother had to kill and dispose of.
The premium room was quite narrow, but the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.
The telephone in Suite Two had an issue with the volume. At first, I thought there was no dial tone, but later realized the volume was just extremely low—we could barely hear the person on the other end, and the phone didn’t ring audibly.
The shower in one of the rooms had no curtain, although there was a rod for one. After my sister showered, the bathroom floor got soaked. We weren’t provided with floor towels, which was concerning since we had younger siblings who could easily slip. I called for assistance, and while the staff responded, they arrived without the necessary tools and had to return multiple times. As for amenities, the room for three had only two slippers, and the room for two had none. This felt a bit lacking, as we expected a more thoughtful provision of basic items.
A consistent issue we faced was the drop-off location. Whenever our Grab drivers would drop us off at the hotel, they seemed frustrated due to confusion over the signage. The signage directing drivers to the drop-off area was placed in a way that led drivers to believe it was the exit, rather than the entrance. This caused some inconvenience, as drivers would end up at the wrong location and have to turn around, adding unnecessary frustration to their experience.

JjamesDieses Hotel hat einen sehr guten Preis, wenn Sie online buchen. Sehr günstig, sogar rund um die Uhr. Und eine sehr gute Lage, denn vom Hotel sind es nur 100 m bis zur MRT-Station Cubao. Daneben gibt es 7Eleven und Jolibee und Mang Inasal. So kann ich ganz einfach in der Nähe des Ortes essen Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett, aber das einzige Problem war, dass das WLAN langsam war und die Klimaanlage nicht so kühl war. Einfach nur für eine Nacht, gut zum Ausruhen. Man kann hier zu einem guten Preis übernachten. Sogar 4 Stunden oder 10 Stunden können sein. Jedenfalls habe ich mich wohl gefühlt eine Nacht bleiben..

Big room. No blanket. Only a thin bed sheet put over you. I'm asking for a thick blanket. I have to pay an extra 100P for another thin bed sheet, so I didn't bother. Breakfast included was OK. It's Filipino breakfast. Said on menu juice of coffee. But they never had juice. The food (rice) was cold and wet on my 2nd day. On my last day they didn't bring my breakfast for 50 mins. I had to ask the reception again.
They got pool, but I can't use the pool during my stay because they maintain it for 3 days 🙄
It would be better if the hotel could give guests a couple of water every day during their stay.
The location is good, on a quiet street. 12 mins walk to all the malls around.
Overall, my staying there was nice except for some reason above-mentioned. I didn't watch TV. For some reason, it turned on by itself at 6AM 😅

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
