Das Ambiente ist ein wahres Paradies mitten in der Stadt – üppiges Grün, ruhige Wasserspiele und wunderschön gestaltete Räume, die einen vergessen lassen, dass man in Quebec ist. Mein Zimmer war makellos, elegant eingerichtet und bot eine atemberaubende Aussicht, die Komfort und Luxus perfekt vereinte. Ein großes Lob für die 100 % Daunendecke 💚 Das Personal hat sich bei jedem Kontakt übertroffen – aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, immer hilfsbereit und mit einer freundlichen Einstellung, die meinen Aufenthalt zu einem persönlichen und besonderen Erlebnis machte. Vielen Dank an Christian für den herzlichen Empfang, an Sharline auf dem Dach, an Clarence, der sich die Zeit genommen hat, mir um 3:00 Uhr morgens den Weg zum Essen zu zeigen, an Kuya Gudoy, ​​der sich die Zeit genommen hat, auf mich zu warten, bis ich die Tür geöffnet habe, und an DJ, der den Checkout reibungslos gestaltet und mich sogar zu meinem Taxi geschickt hat. My daughter’s favorite hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and daughter over the weekend in celebration of my birthday. It was a good decision to choose this hotel. This was not the first time we stayed but, in fact, it is my daughter’s favorite hotel. It is conveniently located beside two malls with lots of dining spots to choose from if in case you opt no to dine in Misto (the hotel’s restaurant). We, however, availed of their breakfast buffets which is always good and we also had their buffet dinner which includes lots of dishes to try. What I really like about this hotel is the homey-feel that it provides to its guests. The prices for the stay and it services are reasonable. By and large, this is one of our go-to hotel when we do our staycation within the Metro.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Convenient location, A lot of food nearby, accessible to Metro. Room is clean and Staff have an excellent service.

I recently stayed at Harts Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The location was also super convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. My room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Overall, the excellent service and great amenities made for a perfect stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Im Hotel Camelot für unsere Weihnachtsparty verblieben und geliebt seinen Vintage-Charm. Die Holzmöbel sind gut erhalten, und die nostalgische Lobby mit Camelot-Ereignis Dekor gibt es ein einzigartiges Gefühl. Außerdem ist die Lage groß gerade Spazierweiterung zu HYDRO und Starbucks. Sehr bequem und erinnere dich an den Aufenthalt.

A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep. Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys. Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.

Maganda ung Platz zum Wert für Geld din. Perfekter Blick während Entspannung ... Madali din kausap care taker.. mein einziges Anliegen lng ist wala cya kasaman Toiletten und Handtücher. Pero pg nang hingi ka nmn bibigyan ka nila ng Handtücher bei Seife.. insgesamt gut cya. Kommt zurück 😂
