Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Pool nicht kinderfreundlich ist. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt, das Essen war großartig, die Zimmer sind sauber. Dies ist unser zweiter Aufenthalt, aber wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, falls es ein Sonderangebot gibt.

My husband and I checked in from Dec 14-16 and we enjoyed how the location of the hotel was in the heart of the city itself, was walking distance to all the amenities and restaurants within the area. The cleanliness and location of the hotel was perfect, the services as well were great, all of the staff that we spoke to were friendly and accommodating. A comment only on the lifts - sometimes only 1 or 2 working ones out of the 3 were operating and there were moments were the lift would skip our floor and we had to wait approx. 10 minutes to be able to catch one. We found it odd how a lunch/dinner reception was happening right in front of the check in counter blocking the entrance, and we had to enter/exit through the sides, but i guess the other ballrooms were full. The breakfast was good, we loved the yummy food that was served in the mornings. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again thanks to the location, cleanliness and hospitality of the staff, thanks for making our stay seamless!

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Der Küchenservice war ausgezeichnet. Eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war jedoch sehr inkompetent. Außerdem erhielt ich ein anderes Zimmer als das, das ich gebucht hatte. Ich kam gegen 2:30 Uhr morgens an, der Check-in war aber erst um 14:00 Uhr. Deshalb bat ich darum, einen Tag früher als die gebuchten fünf Tage auschecken zu können. Meinem Wunsch wurde nicht entsprochen, stattdessen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich für einen weiteren Tag bezahlen müsse (offensichtlich wussten sie, dass ich nicht bis 14:00 Uhr warten konnte, also blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, als den zusätzlichen Tag zu bezahlen). Ich empfand das als unfair, da ich lediglich den letzten Tag aufgrund meiner frühen Ankunftszeit ändern wollte.

The hotel is easy to locate due to it is accessible in the nearest MRT station which can be walk. A lot of restaurants can also bw found here.

I recently stayed at Harts Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The location was also super convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. My room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Overall, the excellent service and great amenities made for a perfect stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Im Hotel Camelot für unsere Weihnachtsparty verblieben und geliebt seinen Vintage-Charm. Die Holzmöbel sind gut erhalten, und die nostalgische Lobby mit Camelot-Ereignis Dekor gibt es ein einzigartiges Gefühl. Außerdem ist die Lage groß gerade Spazierweiterung zu HYDRO und Starbucks. Sehr bequem und erinnere dich an den Aufenthalt.

A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep. Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys. Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, aber ich habe Geld verloren und sehe mir die Aufnahmen der Überwachungskameras an. Sie kümmern sich darum, bis ich abreise, da ich sonst zu spät zu meiner Reise komme. Der Reinigungskraft beschwert sich, weil er seine Arbeit unsauber erledigt hat. Das ist normal. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen, weil er nicht ausreichend geschützt ist.
