Die Geburtstagsfeier meines Mannes war dank des großartigen Teams des Cocoon Boutique Hotels in Timog ein absolut perfektes Erlebnis. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie dort und alle, vom Jüngsten bis zum Ältesten, hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Das Hotel selbst ist eine wunderschöne, friedliche Oase mitten im Herzen der Stadt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, makellos sauber und die Betten so bequem, dass wir alle tief und fest schliefen. Das umweltfreundliche Konzept des Hotels war ebenfalls ein großes Plus und machte unseren Aufenthalt zu einem noch besonderen und unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Was das Cocoon jedoch wirklich auszeichnete, war der Service. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter, dem wir begegneten, war herzlich, freundlich und tat sein Bestes, um unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu gestalten. Sie gingen sehr auf die Wünsche unserer Familie ein und schenkten meinem Mann sogar ein paar besondere Aufmerksamkeiten zum Geburtstag, sodass er sich richtig gefeiert fühlte. Wir genossen das köstliche Essen und das Ambiente war genau das, was wir für ein entspanntes und fröhliches Familientreffen brauchten. Die Lage ist außerdem sehr praktisch, sodass man die Umgebung bequem erkunden kann. Wir sind mit Freude und wundervollen Erinnerungen abgereist. Das Cocoon Boutique Hotel ist mehr als nur eine Unterkunft; es ist ein Ort, an dem man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen und weitere schöne Momente hier zu erleben. We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut. Meiner Freundin gefiel die Zimmereinrichtung und die Toilette, obwohl sie für mich gründlich gereinigt werden müsste. Sie sagte, es sei besser, als eine Wohnung für eine Woche zu nehmen, da wir uns nicht jeden Tag um das Frühstück kümmern müssten. Das Frühstück war gut, es gab eine gute Auswahl an Brot, aber wir haben es einfach aus einem nahegelegenen Laden bekommen. Und auch nachts sind viele Geschäfte über Grabfood gut zu erreichen.

Der Küchenservice war ausgezeichnet. Eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war jedoch sehr inkompetent. Außerdem erhielt ich ein anderes Zimmer als das, das ich gebucht hatte. Ich kam gegen 2:30 Uhr morgens an, der Check-in war aber erst um 14:00 Uhr. Deshalb bat ich darum, einen Tag früher als die gebuchten fünf Tage auschecken zu können. Meinem Wunsch wurde nicht entsprochen, stattdessen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich für einen weiteren Tag bezahlen müsse (offensichtlich wussten sie, dass ich nicht bis 14:00 Uhr warten konnte, also blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, als den zusätzlichen Tag zu bezahlen). Ich empfand das als unfair, da ich lediglich den letzten Tag aufgrund meiner frühen Ankunftszeit ändern wollte.

I had a wonderful stay at Harts Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The location is very convenient, especially since it's close to SM North EDSA, restaurants, and public transportation. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay!

This hotel hits the mark for a basic, practical stay. It skips the luxury frills of higher-end hotels, but it delivers on cleanliness, location, and affordability. Perfect for short trips or budget-conscious travelers who just need a reliable place to sleep and recharge.

The price was so great. It was good stay. Medyo may mga stain at cracks yung cr. The amenities are soap and tissue only. I hope meron sanang shampoo at toothbrush. And wala kaagad towel but we call them and nabigay naman ang towels. So far good experience. We will booked soon if we want a cheaper but good stay.

An old hotel but spacious with bath tub. We loved our stay here. It was very affordable too.
