"My husband and I checked in from Dec 14-16 and we enjoyed how the location of the hotel was in the heart of the city itself, was walking distance to all the amenities and restaurants within the area. The cleanliness and location of the hotel was perfect, the services as well were great, all of the staff that we spoke to were friendly and accommodating. A comment only on the lifts - sometimes only 1 or 2 working ones out of the 3 were operating and there were moments were the lift would skip our floor and we had to wait approx. 10 minutes to be able to catch one. We found it odd how a lunch/dinner reception was happening right in front of the check in counter blocking the entrance, and we had to enter/exit through the sides, but i guess the other ballrooms were full. The breakfast was good, we loved the yummy food that was served in the mornings. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again thanks to the location, cleanliness and hospitality of the staff, thanks for making our stay seamless!"

"Die Lage war gut, in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums und des Bahnhofs. Außerdem war die Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt, was beruhigend war. Allerdings fand ich kleine Insekten im Zimmer, wahrscheinlich kleine Kakerlaken, und die Dusche und das heiße Wasser rochen leicht modrig, weshalb ich ein paar Punkte abgezogen habe. In Anbetracht des Preises und der Lage sowie des inbegriffenen Frühstücks war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis meiner Meinung nach jedoch gut."

The location is also very good since it is near the action, where a number of restaurants are accessible. We also did enjoy the bathtub in the room. "Our stay was generally pleasant. The customer service was excellent from the guard to the receptionist and the staff who assisted us, everyone was courteous and accommodating. However, since the room is quite old and outdated, it would be great if they could improve some amenities. Providing complimentary bottled water and basic toiletries (such as a toothbrush) would be appreciated. Adding hand towels, updating the bed sheets to a softer texture, and replacing the old chair — which may pose some risk — would also enhance the guest experience. Additionally, upgrading the TV amenities would make the stay more enjoyable."

"Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit diesem Hotel. Sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr hilfreich. Lage ist sehr nahe an vielen Restaurants und wenn Sie nach einem Nachtleben sind. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr kalt und es ist ein sehr guter Preis für Geld."

"Ich war mit meinen Freundinnen allein auf einer Reise nach Manila. Eigentlich wollte ich nur eine Nacht bleiben, aber das Hotelpersonal war so nett, dass ich am Ende zehn Nächte blieb. 😌 Im obersten Stockwerk gab es eine Bar mit Musik, ein toller Ort zum geselligen Beisammensein. Die Katzen dort waren auch süß. 🐱 In den anderen Zimmern gab es außerdem einen Fernsehbereich, sodass ich mich entspannen konnte. Es gab Frühstück und von 18 bis 19 Uhr Cocktails zum Toben. Ich hatte eine wirklich erfüllte Zeit … Ich bin so dankbar! ⭐️"
