Das Blut auf den Hotellaken machte mich blind. Als das Hotel davon erfuhr, wechselten sie die Bettdecke, entschuldigten sich aber nicht und entschädigten mich nicht.

Der Check-in-Vorgang kann innerhalb von 5 Minuten abgeschlossen werden, aber die Warteschlange dauerte fast 40 Minuten. Es waren nur 5 oder 6 Ausländer vor uns, aber jeder Ausländer musste lange plaudern besprochen, und nur 2 wurden geöffnet. Es gibt keinen Service am Check-in-Schalter. Das Zimmer war sehr alt. Wegen des surrenden Lärms in der Nacht war es den Preis wirklich nicht wert.

Lovely hotel with great views of HK harbour. A/C didn't work properly so had to get a heater in the room because A/C would only cool. Takes around 20 minutes each morning to get the lift for breakfast which was disappointing. We asked to use the stairs but weren't allowed as they were alarmed. Reception staff were excellent. The hotel seems to be booking a lot of mainland Chinese tours which were clogging the lifts and the breakfast room. Had to line up and wait for a table every morning. Not what you expect from this standard of hotel

Great hotel with excellent service! These kinds of service standards are very hard to find in Hong Kong. They helped me with early check-in and late check-out. The hotel is also very close to the convention centre, just 2 mins interior walk.

Location is amazing and large bus station across the street. Subway is also very close about 10 minutes walk. Only thing is carpet looks so old and appears to have water stains and you have to your room keys to use the lobby restroom.

Never go back again! The lift stopped at every level. I was on a high floor so it took ages to get me to the ground. Plus, the hotel was super busy because of too many guests. Also, if you have nothing to do nearby, you need to take a taxi all the time to cross harbour. Of course, you can catch a ferry but it’s time wasting. Further to this, staff were friendly, but the room was too tiny. Also, couldn’t really enjoy a harbour view(Victoria harbour facing) in the room.

I had a wonderful stay recently. The hotel is elegantly decorated, combining modern and classy luxury. The facilities are excellent, enhancing the overall comfort and convenience. Although I didn't have the opportunity to try the food, my experience was so positive that I definitely plan to return.
