Needs Better Breakfast . Some Staff are very unprofessional.

The place looks alot better after fixing up. I just want to say that the staff is really awesome. Aayushi working the front desk is amazing with her job, and Henry does his best to accommodate all his guests. They are both very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys again so much for everything, 5 stars for excellent staffing and service! The staff is much friendlier than most hotels, you guys are the best!

No rooms were completely done. Our heater Ac did not work. They gave us a portable heater to use and promised to get it our Ac heater fixed but did not. Chair was an old filthy chair stains all over it. Shower leaked through bottom of Shower doors hair dryer was not working as well. You had yo wear shoes because they were not clean after partly renovating the room. They put new desk ,dressor ,mirrors and such but did not paint or patch The doors need fixing and painting. Had to ask them twice to fix toilet seat..The worse hotel we ever stsyed at.

The property was in terrible shape. The picture on the web were definitely outdated. The first room they put us in the drapes were falling off the wall and the second room the bed had screws on the bed and footprints were on the bed. Bare electrical wires were dangling from the ceiling in the hallways.They had a juice machine but there wasn't any orange or apple juice in the machine. The pool was locked up so you couldn't relax around the pool and the landscape was in terrible condition. They should have closed the motel down while they were remodeling.

Breakfast was advertised but there was no juice, and only grape jelly for toast and we had to ask for bread for toast.

All the appliances were broken. We had to get a new fridge and microwave. There was a hole in the wall of the bathroom where the vent was suppose to be. The curtains were held up on one side by a grocery bag, the fire alarm smoke detector went off at 4am. They over charged my third day

Kind and polite but loud during the remodel of rooms.

The condition of the property

The hotel is beyond description. Plumbing, telephone, television, smoke detector, and electrical outlet all non functioning. One hour before checkout they finally send a maintenence man

This property has started some well needed renovations, but it is absolute horrible and dirty!!

Of the hundreds of hotels where I have stayed, this was absolutely the worst. It wasn't clean. Almost none of the wall outlets worked. The phone didn't work. My wife killed 3 worms of some type...
