Hervorragendes Hotel, klasse Service, Ausstattung perfekt. Besser geht es nicht. Leider kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, dass die Stadtverwaltung & Polizei von Ciutadella nichts gegen die Randale & Lärmbelästigung vor der gegenüberliegenden Diskothek unternehmen. Wir haben von Freitag bis Montag die Suite Principale gebucht. Ihr könnt, Euch vorstellen, wieviel das gekostet hat. Freitag Nacht: bis 7:30 Uhr haben betrunkene spanische Mitbürger mit Hilfe einer Musikbox vor der mittlerweile geschlossen Diskothek gegrölt. Keine Polizei, keine Beschwerden. Samstag Nacht und Sonntag nacht wieder Gejohle bis zum Sonnenaufgang. Wir kamen uns vor, wie in der S*****enstrasse mit zauberhaften Ausblick. Die Strassenreinigung kam morgens pünktlich, weil die Stadtverwaltung weiß, was dort passiert. Offensichtlich wird auf Menorca mitten in der historischen Altstadt spanisches Ballermann-Dasein geduldet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, aber erst wenn diese Katastrophe abgeschafft ist! Ich bin entsetzt über die dortige Stadtpolitik.

We visit Menorca and Faustino Gran twice a year and are transported into paradise. Maite and her team leave no stone unturned, no wish unfulfilled, we absolutely love our time there. We stayed in Can Sebastia this time, which is a newly opened palace, and just like Can Faustino and Cal Bisbe, it is an oasis of calm and tranquillity. The views of the cathedral from the terrace in 77 are breath taking, every time we come we find a new favourite room. Everything from the Spa, Restaurant, Country Club is simply perfect. The Country Club isn't well publicised but you will not regret going there, just ask at reception. Around £50 per head, you get transferred to another area of paradise with a beautiful pool, a cobbled beach to explore or do some paddleboarding and back for lunch. Great experience. I cant recommend this place enough!

One of a kind property, very beautiful architecture, wonderful rooms, nice beds, good quality of sleep, nice views. Housekeeping was good, turndown service attentive. However, Service in F&B was very poor. Breakfast staff always overwhelmed even during the low season. At times no one has taken note of us or took orders. Personnel does not ever come again after the first order. Outside areas were taken care of very poorly- all outdoor furniture was stained all over and not cleaned from leaves, etc. sunloungers were done and need urgent replacement!! All in all - ok for the price we paid in off-season, definitely not ok for the price you pay in high season. Unfortunately I would not ever recommend the property because of the poor service levels!

Amazing place to stay. Better than we ever could have hoped for. Absolutely perfect -- don't hesitate to book it, you will love it and it will exceed your expectations. Shout out to Luca, Ignacio, and Flor who all helped us immensely with our trip recommendations and excellent service. Gracias! We would love to return again to beautiful Menorca.

We stayed as a couple and loved both the hotel and island. The staff were very helpful and the room was great value for money. The breakfast was delicious and the spa is the cherry on top.

First I want to say that the ******* we experienced were taken into account by the hotel manager upon checkout and I really wish I could give 5/5 Good things include the amazing location and grounds. The building itself if stunning and decorated beautifully. We even managed to check in hours before normal time. However it lacks the finesse for a full 5* experience. We had to seek out staff for service for food and drink every time. We also had to search for spa staff too. The spa is ‘basic’and is over priced by local comparison. The TV in our room didn’t work. We also asked for help with one of the sockets in the room which never arrived. Room wasn’t the cleanest (floors and finger marks). There are a number of small but nonetheless important lacking details for the cost of the hotel that you would expect covered.
