The staff were all so friendly from start to finish . The room had everything we needed , safe , fridge , air con , pool view , large balcony. The room was peaceful, we had a drink on the balcony in the evening listening to that nights entertainment. I understand the evening entertainment will be reduced next year so will be a few nights a week . Food was beautiful, we ate breakfast when they opened , and did the same at dinner time , which had the double bonus of everything being hot and there being outside table space . I’m sure eating inside would have been fine too , but it was lovely to watch the sunset with dinner . Fabulous that there was no annoying towel reservation of sun beds , there would have been no need as there were free beds at any time of day . The outdoor pool was chilly , indoor warmer but you need to book , although we used it most days and were often alone . The sea was actually quite warm and warmer than both pools to swim in . The beaches of which there are at least 3 coves to the coast path to the right are small , again we went after breakfast most days and had the second cove round to ourselves for an hour or so . Lovely to watch the fish as the water was so clear. There’s not a long stretch of beach , but with decent sandals you can walk the slightly uneven coastal path in either direction , the left leads to a beautiful rocky cliff part of the sea with a ladder that goes down into it if you are a good swimmer . Then follow the path for 20 mins to the larger supermarket and souvenir shops . The bus into town is just past the little supermarket a road away from the hotel , and for a couple of euros it pops you into the town centre . We were looking for a peaceful relaxing break , and that’s exactly what we got , so much so that we have already rebooked for next year . This is a fairly new hotel , so there’s very little wear and tear . Everything is kept beautifully clean. I would say it’s definitely a couples hotel , rather than a family one , although there were a couple of babies/toddlers there the week we stayed.

Este hotel não merece as 4 estrelas que tem. Quartos barulhentos e antiquados, ar condicionado que não funciona, e a maioria dos funcionários são rudes e sem vontade de ajudar ou sequer falar connosco. No entanto, o pior do hotel é sem dúvida a comida. Fomos com HB e todos os dias o jantar servido era praticamente o mesmo - mesmas saladas, mesmas entradas, mesmos pratos quentes (na sua maioria croquetes e panados). Adorava conhecer o “Chef” que apresenta um serviço destes. No restaurante não servem café, somos obrigados a ir ao bar e além do café não ser digno de 1,90€ (praticamente é água suja de café) ainda apresentam-nos a conta assim que levam o café à mesa, sem nos darem tempo de decidirmos se queremos mais alguma coisa. Não recomendo a estadia neste hotel, tirando a simpatia de algumas funcionárias do restaurante (uma senhora chamada Jéssica, penso eu, e que era bastante simpática), o restante não vale a pena.

Au vu de certains commentaires, j'étais un peu septique, notamment au niveau de l'insonorisation. Et bien, je suis très agréablement surprise car la résidence est très calme (nous sommes en juillet), très bien tenue par le Manager qui est présent et contribue à ce que tout se passe bien. Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme et ce fut le cas. Le personnel est hyper gentil et efficace. Résidence très propre et l'appartement aussi. Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée, ce n'est pas en supplément, et les serviettes sont changées en milieu de séjour. Les bruits de chaises que l'on peut entendre sont vraiment liés au fait que les gens ne font pas attention... Elle est située à 100 mètres d'une petite crique avec 3 bars et restaurants et idéalement située de tous commerces et de Cuidadela qui est magnifique. Le restaurant de la résidence est fermé mais finalement ce n'est pas gênant. Parking cher, 9€/jour et sans ombre...On arrive à se garer dans la rue. Il manque un grille pain et des cuillères à soupe. En tous cas, c'est la première résidence Pierre et Vacances que je vois aussi bien tenue ! Bravo !

Myself and my wife just came back from Menorca, and the wonderful Globales Binimar. It was our Honeymoon, we didn’t really know what to expect, we’d never been to either the resort or Menorca itself. We were pleasantly surprised with both a relatively short flight and coach transfer, and on arrival at the hotel, plenty of friendly faces who were all happy to help. Everyone spoke great English if that’s something you’re after. The hotel was very clean, well kept, maids and gardeners always pottering about making sure things are as they should be. The room was clean, basic, but clean with a lovely pool view/balcony. Air Con in both kitchen/living area and bedroom. TV with both Spanish & English channels. A great key-card system that never faltered for us once. The pools were again, clean, well kept, sun-loungers are stacked neatly and there are plenty of them. Plenty of room poolside and shade if you should want it. Pool side bar, music playing but not too loud. Mini-market on hand too with everything you could need and more, taking both card & cash. The food was amazing with so much on offer, replenished very frequently and always something different every night. Pizzeria a very nice touch and specials corner which was amazing. Again very friendly staff who do a great job of collecting plates and empties. All very polite and friendly. Great children’s entertainment however there is only 1 bar open in the evening meaning if Children’s entertainment isn’t your thing then you might be a bit miffed. One thing to bare in mind is this is a family friendly resort and a very safe one at that. If children/families aren’t your thing then Adult Only might be more for you. Overall, I would recommend the Binimar to anyone and everyone, they are a credit to the Globales family and the perfect example of what every holiday experience should be.

This is a beautiful hotel. Set in an old historic former palace, it offers all the charm you’d expect from Relais Chateau destinations. The entrance to the hotel via car is somewhat inconspicuous, as the hotel is effectively set amidst a walled garden. When we arrived the manager rushed out to help us with our bags. I’d advise anyone arriving by car to call the hotel ahead if they need specific assistance with bags/cars etc. We found them very happy to help. We were lucky enough to stay in a suite with terrace. The room and terrace were spacious and beautifully appointed. Our terrace overlooked the harbour and was lovely and quiet. The hotels pool and sun beds were in keeping with the surroundings and save for a Sunday (when many things close in Ciutadella) was not busy throughout the week we stayed. Drinks around the pool could also be arranged via the bar near reception or when a member of staff passed. Either way they were served very quickly. The spa and spa pool were also nice and we had 1 hour per day use of these facilities included. Breakfasts were delicious and the table service was excellent. Breakfast was served within the walled garden and was very relaxing. A very nice way to start the day. We also ate in the restaurant here in the evening, twice. It’s beautiful with subtle lighting and a live pianist. The food was excellent, especially the beef tataki which was memorable. Most notably about this hotel is the presence of the manager. A very personable lady who was always around, particularly at breakfasts, checking everything was ok. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt the manager and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. It’s location in the beautiful old town of Ciutadella is excellent too. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

Wir haben dieses Hotel für seine geografische Lage, Design und die lobenswerte Google-Bewertung über das Hotel und seine Gastpersonal ausgewählt. Während unseres Aufenthalts konnten wir alle positiven Punkte, die von anderen Urlaubern aufgeworfen wurden, feststellen und schätzen. Das Hotel entspricht den verschiedenen Fotos, die man finden kann, die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und in den gemeinsamen Orten (Schwimmbäder usw.) ist unvermeidlich. Die beiden folgenden Punkte überstiegen unsere Erwartungen hinsichtlich der Leistungen: - Qualitatives Frühstück mit unterschiedlichen Vorschlägen jeden Morgen. - Empfang. Ein aufmerksames, immer wunderschönes und für das Wohl der Bewohner empfindliches Personal. Vielen Dank an Leon, der immer bereit ist, Dienstleistungen zu erbringen und Ratschläge zu geben, um die bestmögliche Nutzung dieser schönen Insel zu ermöglichen. Er konnte unseren Aufenthalt in einer anderen Dimension durch seine zu besuchenden Orte und Restaurants verbringen (Wir gingen nach El Chivito, Martin war nicht da, aber seine Brüder --) auch sehr nett ). Vielen Dank auch dem anderen, der uns bei unserer Ankunft begrüßt hat (der Name ist leider nicht bekannt, aber er wird sich erkennen). Sympathisch und empathisch vor allem gegenüber einer unabhängigen Besorgnis über das Hotel, das wir getroffen haben (Mietwagen ...) . Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass wir sicherlich eines der besten Hotels haben, in denen wir uns verlassen haben! Wir werden uns daran erinnern und versuchen, wieder dorthin zu kommen.

Das Hotel ist nicht so, wie wir normalerweise wählen, aber da dieses für uns von unserem Tourunternehmen für einen Übernachtungsaufenthalt während unserer Cami de Cavalls Inseltour ausgewählt wurde, haben wir mit dem wunderschönen und sehr freundlichen Personal angemeldet und waren dann .. Gut.. lassen Sie uns lieber sagen, unser Zimmer war ... bijou Noch einmal, es war alles sehr sauber mit viel weißen Handtüchern, die waren gut, aber das Vorstellungsgefühl wird bald genug ersetzen müssen.. Aber ernsthaft.. Ich sage bijou.. Und es gibt kleine und es gibt kleine, es gab kaum genug Platz, um um das Bett zu kommen.. der Air Con ist ein drei Geschwindigkeits-Oberflächen-Fan, so glücklicherweise für uns war es ein cool Mai so wirklich nicht nötig, aber stell dir vor, Dinge sind sehr anders im August. Das Badezimmer war ausreichend, aber oh Junge, wir lernen schnell, den Fan nicht zu verlassen, da es nur die Dräne doppelt so schlecht zum Punkt der fast berichteten an die Rezeption, und wenn das Aufenthalt länger wahrscheinlich hätte getan.. Frühstück war ausreichend.. Aber ehrlich gesagt, es gab eine Trasse kaltes Fleisch und Käse, die wir nicht näher gingen, da wir nicht beschlossen, die Schale zufällig aus zu schlagen, so dass ein neuer Teil ausgehen müsste, oder nur singen Happy Birthday zu ihm.. Es gab eine Platte von geschrotet Ei, die, wir vermeiden, so ging für die sichere Option von Toast und Schale mit Maschinenkaffee und Saft aus einem Shop gekauft Schrauben mit dem Schrauben auf dem Schrauben.. und riskierte ein paar Pflanzchen Wie ich zu Beginn sagte, zum Preis, Sie haben ein sauberes und komfortabeles Bett, und sogar die Möglichkeit zum Frühstück am Morgen.. es ist nur irgendwo, wo wir persönlich nicht wählen würden, zurück zu.. we’re sure it will continue to be full through the year.. what I couldn't get is how there are 30+ higher graded hotels than this in town??
