Premier Inn London Leicester Square

Excellent location, excellent breakfast, very good stuff. Note the following: you can’t open the window (it is stated in the site) Rooms are very cold, air condition can’t heat up Most important: if you plan to shower - better choose another hotel. Temperature of water is not constant, it changes all the time from burning hot to freezing cold and then back to normal. So you always have to run in the shower

Booked a Premier Plus room for a London trip for my wife’s birthday. There was a fridge which we wanted so that we could chill some white wine, it did not work, The unit was powered but the wine came out warmer then when it was put in. I finished up placing the bottle in a bowl of cold water. The air conditioning again was powered but did not cold the room, and as all the windows are sealed the room became very stuffy. I can say that the extra benefits in upgrading to a Premier Plus room was not worth it, and if this is to improve then Premier Inn need to ensure that all the room facilities are present and working as part of their room preparation.

Quarto inicialmente destinado a nós: bem pequeno, porém o ótimo funcionário/gerente Fernando nos ajudou muito trocando a opção inicial por um bem melhor, da mesma categoria. Ambos sem frigobar e sem telefone para contato com a recepção. Café da manhã inglês, muito bom. Wifi inicialmente muito instável, mas, de novo, a intervenção do Fernando a tornou muito melhor. O chuveiro alterna quente/frio, numa variação que irrita quem está no banho. A localização é excelente, bem próxima ao Soho, aos teatros e em plena Leicester Square, foco de animação quase o tempo todo. O custo para nós, brasileiros, é alto, mas equivalente ou inferior aos demais hotéis da área de mesma categoria.

Siamo stati per 6 giorni nel cuore del divertimento londinese, sapevamo quindi che avremmo goduto della musica dei cantanti di strada che si esibiscono per tutto il giorno proprio sotto l'hotel ed ovviamente la notte si sente un pò il rumore del sottostante club disco ma, tutto sommato è accettabile e non abbiamo avuto comunque problemi ad addormentarci vista la stanchezza, dopo una bella e lunga giornata fuori. Poter uscire senza prendere mezzi la sera e godere delle infinite attrazioni nei dintorni (china town, soho, carnaby street, seven dials, covent garden, neils yard, cecil court, trafalgar square, piccadilly circle, regents street, tutti a portata di piede) è impareggiabile. La stanza era molto pulita sia bagno che moquette, la finestra non si apre ma c'è un ottimo condizionatore funzionante. Si può richiedere la pulizia della stanza ogni giorno così come il cambio degli asciugamani. La colazione ottima, lo staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Dopo due annullamenti del viaggio a causa della pandemia finalmente abbiamo passato davvero una bella vacanza in una posizione strategica. Grazie a tutto lo staff.

這周在這住了幾天。我老公在這上班，我來觀光！當我走進酒店辦理入住的時候，我受到了熱情的接待，接待人員是一個叫做Mo的年輕小夥他説下午好女士！從頭到尾他都起到了很重要的作用，我遇到的其他工作人員也肥腸熱情。房間很乾凈也很受歡迎。早餐超讚，精緻又飽腹。我唯一抱怨的一點是我在走廊遇到的一個穿着總理制服的年輕女士，遇見她兩次她都在打電話。我衹能記得她大概25歲不到，金髮，我不知道她的名字。肯定還會再次入住，感謝你們的悉心照料。

Comfortable sleep very quiet, excellent location and brilliant breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful

We were informed weeks before that the lifts (elevators) were not working. We thought that by the time we arrived they would be , but no. We had been on a cruise, so had lots of luggage. The entrance looked like entering a derelict building. The reception was on a higher floor so one had to walk up whilst the other stayed with the luggage. On one occasion I was trapped on an upper floor as the lifts were not working and the door was shut behind me. There was no way out of the lobby. I had to shout, kick the door until someone heard me and could open the door from the other side. Considering its location in the theatre area of London, it was a embarrassing disgrace for Britain. I have to add that the staff were exemplary, and I got the impression that they were embarrassed to keep apologising to all their guests.
