Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage… es ist zentral und gut gelegen. Die Zimmer sind leider so klein, das man in dem Bett nicht ordentlich zu zweit schlafen kann. Was Menschen ab 85 kg dort machen, bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Es gab jeden Tag Wasser auf dem Zimmer aber nur eine Steckdose die man ohne Adapter verwenden kann. Das Frühstück ist einfach und simpel dafür aber günstig. Die Teppiche sind schmuddelig und müssten mal getauscht werden. Wir hatten unsere Tochter mit Rollstuhl dabei. Das Zimmer für Rollstuhlfahrer war gut ausgerüstet. Es roch nur nach Abfluss und es zischte ständig aus einem Loch an der wand. Auch gehen die Türen nur schwer auf wenn man Rollstuhlfahrer ist. Ich habe bei einem Zimmerwechsel in ein größeres Zimmer meine Schlafmaske vergessen. Sie lag unter dem Kopfkissen da keine Nachttische vorhanden waren. Bin am nächsten Tag zur Rezeption. Leider wurde angeblich keine gefunden. Entweder wurde sie entwendet oder weggeworfen. Das hat mich verärgert. Nachts machte die Klimaanlage laute Geräusche. Das Bad ist nicht beheizbar und eiskalt. Fazit: preislich für London ok. Aber für das Hotel noch zu teuer, da es eher Jugendherbergeniveau hat. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.

Staff were really helpful upon arrival, and changed my room per request, without any questions asked. Check in was simple and slick. Towels were fresh daily, upon request. Breakfast was provided early, owing to attending the Marathon, with a great selection of food types available - all fresh and hot. They also offered free water, fruit and cereal bars to those participating in the Marathon - a really nice touch. A lovely stay. warm & comfortable rooms, and location was fantastic.

I stayed at this location as it is very close to the finish of the Marathon. Not having to walk to far for a hot shower and a cup of tea after 26.2 miles was the key feature for selecting the Hub. I was very happy with the staff, cleanliness and breakfast (real porridge not instant, fruit, toast etc, served from 6:30am - perfect for runners). My only criticism is that the room was too warm at night but I say this about every place I stay - I like to sleep in the cold with windows open - so I accept it is me not you! The staff were friendly and most importantly for me unobtrusive. Would I stay here again - definitely. My only reservation about recommending this location is that if it gets too popular it will not be available next year for the LM - assuming I get lucky in the ballot again.

Lovely hotel room lighter and bigger than we thought. Bed and pillows great as usual for Premier Inn. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a real bargain and all lovely. We left our case on both days so we could explore London.

Very poor. I use Premier Inn several times a year, including this one. Arrived for one night on Easter Sunday. Was informed there was a staff shortage. The staff were very unhappy. Noisy room. No decaf tea or coffee. Hot chocolate chargeable.

The hotel is centrally located and small but perfectly functional clean and quiet rooms great for a couples weekend away great storage space for cases coats etc shampoo and soap provided and free tea and coffee

Didnt realise a hub was soo different to a premier lodge. 1st and last time. More like a single bed. Partner had to climb over me to go to the WC. The room is soooo small, no sides or wardrobe. Walls paper thin, you can hear people going to the loo and showers running etc. Modern room Great location. No kettle or fridge. Ok for a small young single traveller Smart tv we struggled with it.
