Vielen Dank an die Dame, die das Zimmer für mich gewechselt hat. Das Zimmer ist großartig. Freunde, die dort übernachten, bitte aufgepasst! Chongqing stellt nicht proaktiv Einwegartikel zur Verfügung. Einwegkämme müssen im Voraus an der Rezeption angefordert werden. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leistungsstark. Es wird empfohlen, die Temperatur zu senken, sobald Sie den Raum betreten. Es wäre besser, wenn das Hotel eine extra dünne Decke vorbereiten würde, da es unter der Bettdecke zu heiß ist.

Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen, da Nanping Wanda und die U-Bahn-Linie 3 in der Nähe liegen. Nancy an der Rezeption bot einen sehr guten Service. Sie bekam ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein elegantes Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett sowie Nachmittagstee-Snacks und Obst zur Begrüßung. Die Raumaufteilung ist angemessen, komfortabel und sehr sauber. Auch beim Frühstück gibt es mehr Auswahl. Es gibt zwei Kofferablagen mit viel Platz für Koffer und Kleidung. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass der Gehweg etwas riecht und der Teppich möglicherweise stärker gereinigt werden muss.

Front desk receptionist Li Ping is informative and helpful …the lobby equipped with coffee machine and ginger tea….laundry service and gym room are very much appreciated during our 4 nights stay …smart toilet is a BIG BONUS …beside , they have this cute little robot which will make you smile ….albeit …cleanliness of the room and gym room could be overlooked by the housekeeping ..especially the wall gap area …

Great location, excellent service, the interior is amazing, everything was new and clean. The kitchen area in the room was very helpful. So quiet and calm, slept so well. Everything was absolutely amazing.

Cleanliness can be improved, bathroom smells a little weird. Location and price is good, and service is generally friendly and helpful. Managed to get a room upgrade. Breakfast quality was ok but variety is lacking, and fitness centre is fine. Overall a pleasant stay

The hotel is surrounded by a lot of shops so finding food is not a problem at all. The room is spacious, we got 2 big beds. The toilet and shower room are clean. The toilet has got electronic bidet. Breakfast is chinese style but there are standard egg station, bread, salad, and coffee too. The taste isnt bad at all. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was in more Chinese district with nothing around for Westerners which makes it difficult to eat if you don’t like Chinese food. The outside of the hotel was noisy very late at night meaning people talking loud till late. Little amenities in the room like only black tea being very Chinese. The breakfast was very Chinese not really catering to Westerners at all. Affiliated with the Hilton group but not really at all like Hilton Hotel. The rooms were modern and towels etc all new in good condition. The tv again all Chinese not in English and despite hotel staff gave me assistance I couldn’t get on the hotel wifi being annoying. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’d look at the Radisson for not much more in cost and better location.

Not too bad and good for quick visit

Had a great stay in ChongQing, thanks to Home2 Suites. Especially the cleaning lady on 6th floor! A friendly lady, who is always there by 9am sharp, to clean the room and replenish our water + tissue (which is very helpful as our son got sick upon arrival) The breakfast area & menu is good as well. Location wise, as I use Didi, it is very easy & convenient. 20 mins ride to Raffles City , Hongyadong, Shibati area which are must-see if you visit ChongQing. Downstairs the hotel there are many local food stalls, which we enjoyed exploring. Overall, happy with the stay, especially with this price!
