Geschäftsreise-Unterkunft. Die Lage ist tadellos, direkt im Mid Valley Shoppingcenter, sicher und belebt. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Einkaufszentrum, was das Einkaufen und Essen sehr bequem macht. Egal ob mit der KTM-U-Bahn, der LRT-Stadtbahn oder dem Taxi, man kommt direkt dorthin. Obwohl das Zimmer klein ist, war es sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die helle Beleuchtung im Zimmer war mein Lieblingspunkt, da sie das Arbeiten im Zimmer am Abend angenehm machte. Insgesamt gab es keine offensichtlichen Mängel.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of a shopping mall and with easy access to both Kuala Lumpur city centre and the Petaling Jaya area. The connectivity is great, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure travellers. Although the hotel has been operating for quite some time, the facilities are well maintained, modern, and well equipped. I especially appreciated the USB charging ports and the ceiling fan, which is a nice feature for guests who prefer not to rely solely on air conditioning. The hotel staff were also warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Basic necessities available and clean room. No GYM and Swimming pool. Just beside midvalley shopping and convenient.

Everything was great especially the location to malls and KL Sentral train station. The only one thing that needs to improve is the bathroom towels, it looks very old and yellowish.

I made a mistake about booking this hotel and nobody seemed to be helping it was from Trip.com so almost 90 American dollars went out of the window just because of simple, innocent mistake. I didn’t actually stay in this hotel, but they didn’t seem to willing to help for this case so I will not stay in this place

Good location in a huge shopping mall. Room not spacious but enough for a night stay. Breakfast is cheap with good selection of local and international foods.

Old but well-kept hotel in a fantastic location. Direct access to Mid Valley Megamall, making everything very convenient.

Strategic location with plenty of food choices and shopping mall is just attached to the hotel.

1st time stay in this hotel. Room is very clean. Room size not big but fits 2 pax perfectly. There is a water dispenser on every floor. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were courteous and pleasant. And most important hotel is located within the Megamall, which links to The Garden and Eco City. Will consider staying here again.

Best location, in the midst of all the happening as it is attached to the mid valley mall and also so essy to go around as the lrt station is nearby or grab . Breakfast is a great spread with an international appeal . Great view of KL skyline

No bad and connected to the mall. Able to get some good food and schedule a massage too.

Cititel hotel is next to mid valley mall. It’s a good place for shopping and dining. We spent good times in KL with this hotel.
