It is located in Nimman area nearby popular cafe and restaurant. The hotel provides buffet breakfast at 150 thb each with selective menu to offer. The room is small but it’s worth as it costs. It’s clean though. Overall, service is acceptable, but not quite meet in some areas we expected. My favorite is it is located nearby Roastery flagship, SS1254372

Good location, easy to move around the city, friendly staff, clean & green hotel, tv & wifi is well connect, cool drink and hot water is provide 24 hours at the lobby, swimming pool look clean. the breakfast is better. I will be back again. what else you ask for more?

The buffet breakfast in the hotel is quite good with rice, bread and variety of eggs and omelet. Fresh ground coffee is served 24 hours. There's a swimming pool and towers are provided. There's a vegan restaurant just if you are interested. Laundry service and vehicles rental services are available too.

The room was not clean. When I entered the room, there’s hair on the bathroom floor and wash basin. I told the reception but she just do nothing. The bed sheet was not clean and I got a lot of bugs bite.At night , there ‘ s noisy sound from the Chinese group. We could sleep around 2 am. You can hear the sound of foot walk outside because the room wall is too thin. The staff gives you only 1 keycard even you are in the triple room.If you ask for another one , she refuses and says that she won’t give you because you will keep it in the card slot and left the room.

Great location. In a trendy part of town and near (walking distance) a mall, 7/11, and cafes. There was only body wash and no other supplies in the room. Free water and friendly staff.

Located within walking distance of many coffee shops and massage parlors. The friend massage parlor across from the hotel is excellent. The room seems a bit small. No electric water kettle and fridge is not like a fridge.
The breakfast buffet is better than I thought.

Stayed in R-109 when we checked in. Safety box was out of battery, air-con was not cold, heater of the shower was not functioning. The staffs took prompt actions on resolving these problems. Instead of fixing one after another, they just changed and upgraded the room for us.
Staffs were nice and helpful. Hotel is surrounded by lots of coffee shops, massages, restaurants and convenient stores. Easy to access to these places by walking.
Swimming pool was nice, coming with couple of sun beds. I didn’t have the breakfast, but I saw plenty of selections on the food counter.
I would recommend these hotel in a reasonable price, if you are planning to stay in Nimman, Chiang Mai.
