Good hotel/ clean / staff well trained and very good service. English communication and Thai .

The hotel location. Facility is good with the swimming pool. The room is clean and good. only about the staff service is not good and not kindly especially at night, i'm looking for the toothbrush and they told me that coming down to take it by ourself. and i saw they are all sleeping. And actually I was booked this hotel for more 3 times and all the time is long stay at least 3 night and i'm remark them already that help me looking for a good view room or swimming pool view, because i will check in late. and they give don't have any mentioned about my require. The room is too noisy if you select the room on the road side building.

Absolutely amazing!!! The pool is just fabulous and the staff is really helpful. The room is really clean and the food is good too!! Would definitely come back to this hotel. There is also a nice street with many typical Thai restaurants. We would recommend the Thai do it yourself bbq!!

Great location and wonderful pool. Gets lots of sunlight. Unfortunately bed was a very soft.

The room I stay is rather old, I still can accept, but the place is dirty, especially the balcony! Pls refer the the photo attach. Bathtub was not clean the next day after we used. Worse, there are died housefly on the floor once we get in the room.

A location is good, can walk around Nimman and close to 7/11. And I also like a breakfast, they are not too varieties but quality.

Love this hotel. Clean and located at the center of Chiangmai. Both the room and bathroom are big and comfortable. Comfy bed and great shower. Definitely come back to stay here again.

Had a great stay at Burisiri boutique hotel. Perfect location, comfortable and spotlessly clean room. Friendly and helpful staffs. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nimmanhemin.

1. Old and run down hotel 2. Front desk staffs no greeting & customer contact. 3. Breakfast very limited n no choice 4. Old window panel need to be upgraded
