Ich kann nur ein Stern geben,weil das Hotel ist zu schlecht.Besonders ist die Klimaanlage.Vor allem ist die Klimaanlage des Zimmers kaputt . Die Temperatur ist zu hoch.ich mache eine Reise mit drei alten Leute.Zu heiß ist ungesund für uns.Dann wechsele ich ein anderes Zimmer.Und die Klimaanlage ist wieder kaputt! So Verändere ich mich wieder.Weißt du?Wieder kaputt.Ist das eine fünf Sterne Hotel?Der Prozess dauert fast drei Stunden.Wir haben keine Zeit zu reisen.Das ist sehr schlecht!!! 这是我住过最差的酒店，没有之一。服务为零

Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

A very well kept facility with friendly, helpful staff. If you’re not comfortable with heights, don’t stay here. Even if you aren’t, consider it. I would recommend the executive suite with the 180 degree window coverage; a beautiful view to wake up to~
