very good service and the location is very near the falls and other attractions 

Excellent Location not so good amenities but I like the room spacious ,restaurant manager is not friendly..

Hotel was close to all Niagara has to offer for families. My family were able to come and go from our hotel as needed which was helpful when kids got tired. Parking staff were extremely polite and helpful. They even followed up with the kids when we checked out and remembered little things about us which made us feel welcomed. Would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay here. A lot of amenities - fitness club, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, wine tasting, beer tasting, etc. the room we took was for 3 with 2 queens and it was spacious. Breakfast has a good spread with live counter for eggs. Lunch is ok in comparison. Service we received for this booking was pleasant. Location is perfect with all the important attractions nearby and in the night the entire neighborhood is alive with things to do and food to eat.

Great location and view from the room. size is spacious and lighting, pillow softness to bed comfort are all well.

The location is very convenient. We can walk many places around the main area. Even the Niagara cruise is just around the corner, so when we get wet after the cruise, it's easy to go back to the hotel and change the clothes. We will choose this hotel if we have chance to come back.

Tremendous location to view the Niagara Falls and amenities in the back area of hotel. Nicer buffet and luxurious vibe made me comfortable.

Our stay was perfect. Our room was great and the view out to the falls capped off a beautiful stay. The location was spot on with everything (including casino, shopping, entertainment and restaurants) within very close walking distance. Gift shop and cafe next to the lobby made things too easy. The pool was perfect temperature for a swim even on a cold evening. The staff were helpful and friendly in every way. Would definitely consider staying again. Thanks trip.com

one staff from the reception was a bit rude and impatient, everything is good other than that.

The location is very convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the falls. However, the guest service is average. There were some bugs in the room, and they said that this is normal in the summer. They arranged a new room for us, but they were unwilling to deliver the room key to our room. They claimed to be a 5-star luxury hotel, but the service was poor.

The hotel is well located , but very poorly insulated for sound you can hear the outside (cars, motos) and the inside (music)
