Sie können wirklich gehen und die Natur genießen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und unterkunftsfähig. Es ist der Urlaub, den wir wirklich wollten. So entspannend 😎 und genießbar. Ich empfehle dieses Familienhotel, es ist ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, das Personal ist entspannt und sehr freundlich . Ich genossen eigentlich das Chat mit dem Personal. Das Zimmer ist nett und gemütlich und das Schwimmen ist sehr sauber und so entspannt. Ich würde sicher wieder kommen. Die Bar und das Restaurant sind auch sehr schön. Sehr klassisch. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Madre de Dios Chapel, The Ruins and Our Lady of Manaoag all nearby.In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.
