Geeignet. Die Rezeptionistin ist interessant. Die Organisation des Frühstücks ist ungeschickt. Warten auf den Service, sehr kleine Teller, die mehrere Arme und geschlossene Türen erfordern, um auf die Terrasse zu gelangen.
Wir kommen weit nach 14 Uhr an, das Zimmer ist noch nicht fertig und wir werden gebeten, eine halbe Stunde zu warten, lol. .kurz gesagt: Nichts macht wahouuu...

The most unwelcoming hotel we have ever stayed in, the staff were completely uninterested in us, the hotel was empty and we were located above the noisy pool bar that played loud music to nobody. There were 2 functions during our week stay and the hotel then came alive to cater for these guests. The grounds were dirty, the room wasn't cleaned for the first 2 days and the balcony wasn't cleaned at all. Breakfast was basically left overs from the functions and got worse as the week progressed. The pool was roped off all week and after swimming once were told we should have worn swimming caps. Quite simply the hotel is more 2 star than 4 and despite the attractive reception and pool area the staff ruined the whole experience and we will never return.

MESSAPIA is like Christmas Eve: even if you pretend carelessness you expect a lot. Maybe something disappoints you, other surprises you. But there is always Antimo at the Libeccio’s Bar who never fails a shot (!), never intrusive but always attentive, present and kind but never inappropriate, excellent in his job with style and creativity. As Christmas Eve, you end up missing him and his staff until the successive year.

The grounds and public spaces are attractive. Town a short walk away. Apt. was immaculate but very unattractive. Looked like a dorm room. Waitstaff extremely nice. Front desk staff was rude. I was traveling Solo and my rental car broke down. They did nothing to help me but rather made me feel like a nuisance. Told me dinner was at 8. At 10:30 I was still not served. Would not refund my 50 EU. If you want to feel like a pecial guest, don't go to Messapia.

The best part of this resort is the restaurant. Donato our waiter was awesome and friendly. He went above and beyond to please us. He made our meal that much better. The food is outstanding. Everything we ate was delicious. The room was okay but we did experience some mold in the bathroom. When we told the staff, he just shrugged it off like it was nothing. One of the restaurants was closed for good and the resort had limited events. We only stayed one night so it was okay.

Nice place with an impressive amimation offer. Good bar at the pool. Recommended for long term stays as check-in time is at 5pm. Breakfast only from 8-10 am is kind of short.

Ho pranzato qui con la mia famiglia il primo dell’anno. Cucina eccezionale e di qualità, servizio celere e attento. Grazie a tutto lo staff, in particolare allo chef Mirco per averci deliziato. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
