Een kleinschalig hotel.
We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen, het ontbijt was klein maar goed en de omgeving was zalig lekker weg van de drukte.

One of the worst hotels. the staff di not care, there is No customer service Showers don’t work properly and staff don’t care. When I said I was worried my kids would get burnt when the shower temperature changed suddenly they just shrugged their shoulders and said we will have a look but unlikely we can do anything about it !!!!!! staff ignore you and never ask how things are. One of the front desk staff ignored us for the rest of our stay when we complained about the shower instead of asking how we were! Owner was always in denial of any problems. Breakfast there was only cakes and tables never clean. I asked for a table spoon and was looked at as If I was strange. If you asked for something they looked annoyed and never tried to make you feel Welcome. The only thing that was a little positive was the pool - it made my kids happy but apart from that would never go back and would never recommend. The hot tub was never mentioned but apparently you have to pay to use it! Room view was of the laundry room… not great. Rude and terrible place to stay. DO NOT GO THERE!

Due giorni in famiglia… l’hotel si trova in mezzo ad un uliveto, fuori dal centro.. oasi di pace.. tutto è semplice, non pretenzioso, curato e molto ben gestito. Bella l’accoglienza, il servizio colazione, la piscina, la pulizia delle camere. Il personale è giovane e questo credo sia il valore aggiunto: c’è professionalità con un approccio easy e moderno.. bravi!

Hotel non distante dal centro, ideale per chi non desidera stare nel caos , comodo il parcheggio interno , a pagamento, ma di contro è pubblicizzato....la piscina fantastica, camere semplici ma pulite . Consigliato torno da anni e ne sono sempre contento

Consigliato, zona tranquilla, defilata dal traffico, sono tornato ancora e ritornerò, piscina molto pulita, staff giovane ma educato, il parcheggio interno è a pagamento ed è extra , se lo si vuole gratuito ....ci si accontenta di mettere l auto per strada.

Parto con la nota positiva ovvero quella della zona dove è ubicato l'hotel, in 10 min si arriva a San Vito Lo Capo, la stanza era piccola e carina. Ma ora passo alle note negative, il personale molto svogliato nel salutare e nel rispondere al cliente, non ho capito come mai bisogna pagare in anticipo la tassa di soggiorni dove in qualsiasi hotel te la fanno pagare alla fine del soggiorno. Ma la vera nota dolente è la colazione, non è affatto per un 3 stelle, 4 fette di pane in croce dove tra l'altro un giorno non c'era neanche quello, due piattini miseri di affettati , un paio di brioches e due torte. Macchina del caffè alle volte funzionante alle volte no. Per un tre stelle mi aspettavo molto di più anche per il costo.

Mon avis négatif sur cet établissement porte sur la tromperie de l'intitulé de l'offre " Chambre double DE LUXE" avec un prix y adapté. C'est tout au plus une chambre hyper basique, sans décoration, aux murs blancs avec meubles blancs ! (Un seul mur à l'arrière du lit est peint en bleu). Le summum de l'équipement sommaire : un coffre fort mobile ! c’est à dire non scellé à un support adéquat. Le summum d'une mauvaise intendance : la chambre est restée entr'ouverte après le passage de la femme de ménage et donc durant notre absence toute la journée. Pas de téléphone dans la chambre. Literie moyenne - serviettes et draps non changés comme promis. Le personnel a même une fois replié les essuies de bains utilisés humides et déposés sur le lit comme pour faire croire qu'ils avaient été remplacés ! Hôtel dans l’ensemble est très bruyant car il y avait beaucoup de jeunes enfants. Dans la piscine, au resto du pdj , dans les couloirs : des cris, des courses, des pleurs... Petits déjeuners moyens. Quand même un point positif : le personnel lors de l'accueil nous a transféré dans une chambre à l'étage pour éviter la grande proximité avec la piscine car la chambre initialement attribuée était au rez de chaussée, collée à la piscine ! L'hôtel dispose d'un parking pour 10 €/j si vous ne souhaitez pas vous garer gratuitement dans la rue. En conclusion, l'appellation "chambre de LUXE" est un mensonge et devrait coûter moins de 100 €.

è difficile decidere da dove iniziare,ma partiamo dell'accoglienza. Personale poco cordiale,sopratutto una ragazza alla reception. ci hanno chiesto la tassa di soggiorno da pagare in anticipo più un supplemenqto di 3 euro al giorno,a persona, per usufruire della piscina( dove non ci hanno fatto accedere senza cuffie,che vendevano a 3 euro loro stessi,anche se altri ospiti tranquillamente non le utilizzavano). parcheggio sulla strada altrimenti altri 10 euro al giorno per un posto auto custodito da loro. Colazione misera e scadente. Ma parliamo delle camere. bagno senza aspiratore completamente chiuso,asciugamano rotte e ingiallite ma la cosa grave è che pulizia è veramente scarsa. apparentemente sembrava ripulita la stanza ,ma negli angoli e sotto i letti capelli ovunque, per non parlare degli animaletti della polvere * i cosiddetti pesciolini d'argento,ovunque. Sono stata in hotel a tre stelle molto più validi e apprezzabili. qui si fanno pagare anche l aria tra un po.
