Sehr erfahrene und leistungsfähige Beamte, ausgezeichnete Komfort!!! Das Zimmer war sehr bequem, alles perfekt. Das einzige, was ein wenig zu wünschen übrig war das Frühstück, dachte ich, es hatte wenig Sorte und fehlte mehr Geschmack.

Hotel in sich ist gut, saubere Zimmer, saubere Pool und Badewanne für Kinder und Erwachsene, Restaurant ist sehr gut, im neuen Jahr Abendessen war das Buffet gut schmeckt, alles, was sie in der Abendessen versprochen haben, mit offenen Getränken und alles andere, Was mich ziemlich verärgert hat, war der Ton bis 4 Uhr morgens unter unserem Apartment, fand ich viel Mangel an Respekt des Hotels mit dem Gast, der schlafen möchte und nicht auf der Party bis 4 Uhr morgens bleiben. Die Anordnung des Schalls am Ende der Wohnung mit einem 7-jährigen Kind versucht zu schlafen war der Grund, warum ich nicht zurück zum Hotel, ich bat, das Schall von außen zu senken, aber die Antwort des arroganten Empfängers, der in diesem Morgen war, war, Es war, dass ich warnlich von dem Ton, und ich werde bis 4 Uhr morgens fortsetzen, aber ich konnte das Zimmer wechseln (vollständige Mangel an Respekt gegenüber den anderen Gästen), bei der VDD, ich wurde nie warnt, wenn ich nicht gefahren wäre) und wir kombinieren Umgebungsgeräusche ok aber das Geräusch schien so in dem Zimmer zu sein, so dass die Betten schütteln! Ich hatte alles zu wiederholen viele Male, weil die anderen Dienste sind großartig, TBM Mitarbeiter sind gut ausgebildet und empfänglich, aber die mangelnde Empathie der Hotelverwaltung hat mich verlassen Wir verstehen, dass es ein Neujahrsfeier war und das Personal sich lustig machte, aber es muss auch gut Sinn haben!

O hotel é bem localizado, e de fácil acesso. Lá tem estacionamento privativo interno, porém, pago a diária. Ele é pequeno, deve caber uns 20 carros eu acho. Tem uma boa academia no primeiro andar. O quarto é confortável, não muito silencioso. A cama é pequena, mas confortável. O banheiro é pequeno, mas possui um bom chuveiro forte, com secador de cabelo, e dentro do boxe tem shampoo e condicionador. Quanto ao café da manhã não acordei a tempo para comer, pois fica até as 9:30h, inclusive aos finais de semana, algo que achei ruim, pois podia ir até mais tarde.

Hotel com estrutura moderna contando com excelentes instalações, iniciando por um amplo estacionamento que embora externo, não tem custo extra, um belíssimo lobe onde a area de café compartilha o mesmo andar, colaboradores prestativos com atendimento ágil, destacando-se o conforto do apto, com sua estrutura interna mto boa e isolamento acustico excepcional (somente p aptos c 2 camas solteiro o espaço entre a cama e bancada é apertado p trabalho)

A televisão desligava sozinha após 15 minutos ligada e tinha ”reflexos” na tela. A água do chuveiro não esquentou na manhã do check out. O refrigerador não gela muito mas é melhor do que nada. Tirando esses inconvenientes, o restante é bom. O café da manhã é gostoso mas precisa de atenção na reposição após às 8h30. A cama é ótima com colchão muito confortável. O quarto tem um tamanho bom. A limpeza é bem feita. Os funcionários são muito educados e solícitos. O hotel é bem localizado. Tem supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes, lanchonetes e todo tipo de comércio no entorno. No geral, tem mais pontos positivos do que negativos.

The Ibis hotel brand is pretty standard worldwide, providing a rather spartan environment that is typically clean, functional and perfect for a short stay. The Cascavel branch is typical, though it is almost more sterile than spartan: apart from the built-in cupboards the rooms contain no furniture other than a bed and a red plastic chair. The bathrooms are similarly spare – not even a plastic cup for a toothbrush. The rooms also lack a safe for valuables. However, the check in agent was very sweet and helpful, and basically advised me not to bother with the hotel ‘restaurant’, as all the meals just came frozen. A genuinely warm welcome like this is worth a lot in a chain hotel! The breakfast was standard for Brazil and I don’t quite follow why other guests found it unsatisfactory. There was an ample choice of fruits, cheeses, breads and hot dishes, even for me as a vegetarian. Everything was fresh and wholesome. Much nicer fare than Ibis in the London airports! Overall, I think the recently built Ibis Cascavel is decent value for money.
