I went there on my own and I absolutely cannot confirm the previous bad review. This place is a hidden gem. I have never lodged in a place before where it was as calm as here. I could fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves without being interrupted by chats or noise from other guests. I thought I was there on my own. You couldn't hear anyone, although there were other guests. Hedi welcomed me very politely and he made me feel at home from the first second of arrival. I felt very at ease and there was no wish unfulfilled. Breakfast was served cold and hot, and every day you got a different surprise of fresh fruits or hot dish, and I loved their delicious fresh orange juice and you got more if you wanted. The room was very clean and I had a fridge, an iron and ironing board in the room. A TV with European and Arabic channels as well, but clearly didn't need this. If I needed any information or recommendation, Hedi provided it. I was able to work there as well, the internet signal is fantastic, and you have connection everywhere you are. The sea view is absolutely stunning. This is definitely pure luxury and even 10 stars worth. Thank you Sidi Hedi!

Very loud. Only has 5 rooms or so, however no soundproofing (despite what is listed on website), people were making loud noises throughout the night, slamming doors, and banging things on the roof of the room... ocean views are great and the host was pleasant, however the pool was under renovations (not mentioned on site). So you had noise from maintenance work in the day and then loud people all through the night! For an adults only hotel, it certainly seemed very loud. Prefer the sound of kids, atleast they have a reason!

Stop looking! Perfect stay in La Marsa. Friendly staff members and extremely helpful. Beautiful stay, clean, beautiful view and near restaurants.
Very peaceful. Steps away from the beach. Breakfast was amazing every morning. It was a perfect stay in Tunisia.

Had an excellent three nights here. Room facing out to the water was fantastic. Staff were really helpful, breakfast superb and really well located to the TGM train into Tunis or a short stroll into La Marsa. Recommended.

This little hotel is simply exceptional.
The decor is classy and stylish; the location is perfect right next to the sea; the whole property is spotlessly clean; there’s fast free Wi-Fi and a superb breakfast includes; the room was very comfortable and blacked out entirely; the rain shower was superb .. and above all the warm, friendly family service exceeds most 5 star hotels.
It’s located in an expensive residential area, a 10 minute walk from restaurants, shops and the corniche in La Marsa. It’s around a €5 taxi ride from here to central Tunis, but a far calmer, cleaner and more pleasant location.
I cannot fault the place. Truly, truly wonderful. Recommended without a single reservation.
