2 Nächte und 3 Tage (Mittwoch-Freitag) im BlueApple verbracht. Tagsüber ein Beachclub mit Poolbereich (Party) und einem Bereich am Strand welcher ruhiger ist. Auch der Poolbereich ist unter der Woche ziemlich ruhig. Am Weekend (ab Freitag) etwas lauter und mit DJ. Der Strand selbst ist eher klein und leicht steinig. Die Tagestouristen verlassen die Insel spätestens um 17:30 Uhr mit dem letzten Boot. Dann sind nur noch die Übernachtungsgäste hier. Bei 11 Zimmer, sehr überschaubar. Eine ganz andere und sehr friedliche Stimmung. Die Hin- und Rückfahrt mit dem Boot ist im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Als Hotelgast kann man zudem seinen Liegeplatz vor den Tagestouristen auswählen. Das Personal ist hervorragend. Sehr freundlich und spricht für kolumbianische Verhältnisse gut Englisch. Sehr hohe Dienstleistungsmentalität. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig und ein top Bett. Grösse und Ausstattung in Ordnung. Alles vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Die Küche/Karte ist überschaubar und sehr lokal. Das BlueApple bemüht sich sehr um Nachhaltigkeit. Entsprechend ist die Auswahl etwas eingeschränkt. Die Qualität ist sehr gut. Portionsgrösse normal. Preislich liegen Getränke und Essen über Cartagena, aber nicht völlig übertrieben. Die Übernachtungspreise sind hoch. Fazit: toller, familiärer Ort zum entspannen während der Woche, am Weekend belebter und lauter. Top Service in allen Bereichen. Zurecht eine Topadresse auf Tierra Bomba.

I've had the pleasure of staying at Blue Apple for a few nights. It was a fantastic experience. The rooms are gorgeous, the bed is perhaps one of the most comfortable I've slept on ever! I've visited on day passes many times so I knew overnight would be great too. The vibe is always great there. They play a lot of soca which I love! I felt extremely blessed to be there after the day guests leave and the beach club becomes exclusive to overnighters. Due to its boutique size, a lot of the overnight guests became familiar faces, some even friends! The drinks are great and food is simply amazing! All of the staff look after you and make you feel welcome. I had the privilege of riding the horses as well and this was a highlight of my stay. Thanks to everyone there and especially Emma, Deimer, Galo and Jorge...you all made our stay even better. I can 100% recommend Blue Apple, as a hotel and day pass too :)

We were a group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids). Loved Blue Apple. The accommodations were perfect and comfortable (AC was so good!). We had 5 of the cabanas. The staff were all amazing. They are very accommodating and helped us plan any and all excursions. Has kind of a cool bohemian vibe. It is lively and busy during the day but then clears out around 4 when all the day trippers head out and it feels like you are staying at your own private compound!

Incredible private hotel. Great hotel on Isla Tierra Bomba. In the day great a**osphere at the pool and the bar and at night very very private. All rooms are new. Incredible beds - super comfortable, great sheets etc. One of the best nights sleep of my life. 75 mbps on the internet so great for working. Highly highly recommended.

Blue Apple Beach is a piece of heaven and there is nothing like it in Tierrabomba. Blue Apple is just a short boat ride from Cartagena and it’s a must if visiting Cartagena for more than a couple of days. The staff and service is amazing, the food is unparalleled and the rooms and overall hotel installations are like no other. The beds are super comfortable, and the room are tastefully decorated. They pay great attention to detail and want their guests to have a nice stay. If you visit during the weekend it usually is more of a party during the day, super fun. But once the day trippers leave it transforms to a serene place where you can see the most beautiful sunsets!

We love Blue Apple! The staff is amazing - so friendly and accommodating. The food is great. There's so much to do - the pool is so lovely, our daughters rode horses and loved going to visit the animals and the garden, and got their hair braided. For a place that isnt really designed for kids, they went above and beyond to make sure our families were taken care of. I went with Paraiso Divers - Jota is the best! My expectations were surpassed with the diving - and Blue Apple/Paraiso make it so easy from the resort. The weekdays at the resort are quieter and the weekends get loud - a real party! The evenings when all the day trippers leave are so serene. it's a great experience. I never want to leave!

I am a US based yoga teacher and I did a buyout of the resort for a week with 20 clients. The communication in the planning stages and the responsiveness to our needs while we were there blew me away. Every single guest I brought commented on how thoughtful everyone was and how personally they took their work. The accommodations are the perfect balance of modern enough to make you comfortable and islandy so you know you’re supposed to let your hair down a little, and each one has its own special touches. Food is out of this world, location cannot be beat, top shelf experience for all of us. There aren’t enough stars.

Beautiful and special small boutique resort. The staff really cared about the quality of our experience and did anything and everything to make us comfortable and to make the experience special. Food was delicious and casitas were very comfortable and unique. Outdoor shower was beautiful. The resort is connected to a fantastic hotel in old city Cartagena, Townhouse Hotel. Both places are fantastic. Again, staff was just wonderful, helpful and kind.
