Bei der Ankunft waren wir mit Champagne gegrüßt! Das ist immer wichtig, wir lieben das Gefühl der Luxus. Einchecken war kurz und zum Punkt. Aber wie wir uns gezeigt haben, war das Eigentum, das wir für eine Upgrade nach Xhale geladen wurden, was mir unsere Zimmer und Einrichtungen ändern würde. Wir waren anfangs interessiert, aber schnell erfuhr die Bestellung für Upgrade wäre ein Zeit-Spiel. Wir riefen unverzüglich ab. Das Xcelerate Meerblickzimmer war perfekt. Alle luxuriösen Einrichtungen waren ein Plus, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, Musik im Badezimmer über Bluetooth zu spielen. Die offene Dusche war himmlisch mit zwei vollen Duschekopfen aus dem Deckel. Alles ist sicher elektronisch im Zimmer. Sie beantragen sogar Zimmerservice von elektronisch. Die Bar-Drinks waren stark und nahe am Grundstück. Das Essen war gut. Wir haben nur das Italienische versucht, was eine tolle Erfahrung war. Der Server war erstaunlich. Bereitschaft zur Party auf Zeit, weil die Musik oft nicht am Pool stoppen würde, wenn wir den ganzen Tag aus dem Einkaufen abzuschieben wollten. Wenn Sie denken, ich würde sagen gehen, würde ich das Gebäude in Zukunft wieder besuchen.

Spezial dinner in der Weißen Zimmer und hervorragende Service von Luis’, der Gastgeber und der Koch, die mein Begleiter und ich mit einem wirklich erinnerebaren Essen Erfahrung in komfortablen und ruhigen Umgebung lieferten. Schönen Strand und Aussichten, werden sehr empfehlen. Guter Wert auch!

Wir sind nun zum fünften Mal zu Gast im Temptation Resort und zum 4. Mal innerhalb von 9 Monaten. Kurzum: Wir finden es spitze und es fühlt sich mittlerweile wie unser zweites zuhause an. Wer etwas zum Resort wissen will, kann mir gerne schreiben. Ich würde mich mittlerweile als Fachmann ansehen diesbezüglich ;D Allgemein: Wer ein gehobenes Partyresort sucht mit einem gewissen Niveau, Offenheit und fantastischen Mitarbeitern sowie Gästen fühlt sich dort gut aufgehoben. Alterstruktur: Von allem etwas dabei, allerdings wenige Anfang 20. Und das schöne dort. Alle feiern zusammen und es harmoniert. Zudem sollte man des englischen und/oder spanischen mächtig sein, da 99% aus diesen Ländern kommen. Hauptsächlich Amerikaner. Zum Resort habe ich ansonsten in früheren Berichten genug geschrieben, ebenso zu den Sachen die dort fantastisch sind. Einzig will ich noch unser Lieblingsrestaurant Romanza erwähnen. Super Service, toller Manager, tolles Essen. Einen Tag haben wir sogar ein Spezialmenü bekommen. Negativ aufgefallen ist mir diesmal folgendes - Die Lautstärke in den Zimmer, insbesondere Ocean View, bleibt eine Katastrophe. Besonders in den Ocean View Räumen. Ich könnte genauso gut im Bash (Disco) auf der Tanzfläche schlafen. Würde vom Lautstärkepegel kaum einen Unterschied machen. - Manche Bereiche sind extrem rutschig. Es sind schon über die Jahre unzählige!!! Göste ausgerutscht. Auch wenn es nicht ganz so schön aussieht, wäre es eine Idee in der Lobby an gewissen Stellen Teppiche auszulegen. - Die Bars sowie Restaurants kriegen es so gut wie nie hin Getränke mit Kohlensäure vernünftig zu servieren. Gin Tonic, oftmals eine simple Cola, Bier… aus einem mir nicht erklärlichen Grund ist fast immer keine bis wenig Kohlensäure enthalten. - Playmaker Krise! Ich weiß allein von 10 aktuellen Playmakern, dass sie demnächst gehen wollen. Die Leute kommen auch wieder, weil sie Bindungen zu den Playmakern aufbauen. Ab und an die Leute zu wechseln ist nicht verkehrt, aber mittlerweile sieht man alle 4 Monate 10 neue Gesichter. Ansonsten waren die 16 Tage mal wieder fantastisch. Wir haben wieder für Oktober gebucht und werden im Dezember wohl ins Neue Temptation nach Punta Cana gehen. Lobend will ich noch folgende Mitarbeiter erwähnen: Butler: Lefranc und Randy. Randy hat an Lefrancs freien Tagen übernommen. Beide haben einen super Job gemacht und waren fantastisch. Playmaker: Ariel, Arad, JJ, Daphne, Jungle Jay (fantastischer Typ), Sexy Sandy, Alejandra. Loved our time at Sunset Marina - best activities and activities crew of any of the resorts that we have been to. We loved the quiet, smaller feel of the resort - we didn't have to get up at the crack of dawn to get pool chairs! Great to have the ability to go to the other resorts, and the water taxi was a fun boat ride through the lagoon - we even saw a crocodile resting on a wrecked ship. Wonderful sunset views. Don't do the All-Inclusive plan - as RCI members, you get a discount on the reasonably priced items. We like the opportunity for multiple restaurants on site but also able to leave to go to other places. The Kudo Raw Bar next door was great. Overall, it was a great week and we enjoyed our time at Sunset Marina!

Sehr Ruhig gelegen mit toller Blick und das alles noch bezahlbar! Wir machen jetzt 6 Tage Bacalar, Tulum und Chiche Nitza und kommen weitere 4 Tage her um Cancún und Umgebung weiter zu genießen. Das Hotel war ein Volltreffer! El hotel ofrece lo que necesitas para descubrir Cancún y alrededores. Estacionamiento, vista al mar y a la laguna, modernas instalaciones, deliciosa comida regional , personal super amable y muy esmerado. En fin, para los que quieren disfrutar de un muy buen servicio en un ambiente muy agradable cerca de la acción pero lejos del tumulto. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo del hotel. Hacen un muy buen trabajo. Aplauso!

It was my worst experience in a resort. Worst employee reception, terrible service, really bad infrastructure maintenance, worst guest service experience. The cost may be a little lower than other resorts, but the savings are not worthwhile since it may ruin your vacation time there. Pictures from the site are edited and do not represent the reality. I strongly recommend you to choose another option. If you want more details: - We had 4 rooms - 3 of them had water clogging in the shower, 2 of them we needed to change during the week (1 due to water link problems, other because the door did not open). - For the room that did not open the door, it was 10PM, we went downstairs asking for help 4 times, and their attitude was always that it was our problem. We then asked someone to go with us (at 4th time), and they finally realized that it was a problem with the door. They sent maintenance that arrived asking for a key with no clue about what was happening. We asked guest service support and their attitude again was that it was our problem and they were doing a for us. They finally decided to give another room for us, and when we asked for additional keys for the new room, they said we needed to go downstairs to get it, they could not get it for us. Everything with the worst attitude from them. - The following day, they called us to say that we had a ”FREE” reservation as a ”GIFT” due to our inconvenience - small detail: the FREE reservation was in a restaurant that was already included on the all inclusive resort, which means it was already FREE - so what exactly was the gift for the inconvenience?? - The air conditioner at lobby or restaurants does not work properly, and you continue to feel the warm and humidity from outside. Unless you stay closed in your room, you don´t have any other place to enjoy a little cool temperature. - There was just one elevator working, for thousands of guests - Restaurants had huge lines every night and the food was always the same - One night, we had a reservation to one of the restaurants. They brought a beer that was completely warm and without ANY GAS. It was TERRIBLE. We asked to change, and they brought another one that was exactly the same. And got upset because we complained that the beer was not cold and had not sparkling. - The bathrooms are the smallest that I had ever seen. Now I understand why there is no picture from the bathroom at the site. - The receptionists were all in bad moon to attend you, ALWAYS. If you expect a smile from any employee there, you are at the wrong place. - When we went for check out, the receptionist was SLEEPING, with the cell phone playing a movie. He never asked if we enjoyed our stay, he never said the common words that you at least expect: have safe flights, hope you had enjoyed... kind of minimum from a hotel, don´t wait for this at Oasis. - If you need any additional support, don´t wait it from Oasis. Even if the support is to get a Band-Aid... you need to wait for a
