Auf den Fotos und Beschreibungen der Reise war eine Master-Suite mit großem Doppelbett zu sehen. In Wirklichkeit ein normales Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Frühstück inbegriffen. Was für ein Witz. Selbst gemachter Toast und Kaffee mit 50 g Obst. Auf Trip.com heißt es, der Check-out sei um 14 Uhr, aber das Hotel sagt, das kostet 300 $ mehr. Swimmingpool ohne Sonnenschein oder Sitzgelegenheiten.

Said two queen beds was only one queen bed and a sofa bed.

Нормальный городской отель, есть завтрак, до основных точек можно добраться пешком.

Arrived on 30th December at 8pm for one night as moving to a resort the next day. They did not honor a Priceline reservation saying we should cancel with them and book with them instead on cash. We told them we had a non-refundable booking as it was already the day of arrival. They said they had a room but would only take cash. The front desk people don't understand English and we had to use Google translate for our conversations. Priceline called them but they didn't answer their phone. While we were resolving issues with Priceline and sitting on one of their cafe chairs on the sidewalk (cafe was empty), the reception lady started singing "goodbye, goodbye" looking here and there and not directly at us. But there was no one else so she clearly was trying to indicate that we should leave. We would have stayed for like 15-20 min. Just unbelievable.

Nice clean hotel. I liked the interior. Comfortable bed, good towels and bedding. Convenient location, from where you can takebuses to any beach and visit neighboring cities. There are shops and good restaurants nearby. As a city hotel is a good option.

What an awesome place to staybim Cancun. In city center within walking distance to sobmany great restaurants and Tulum Avenue. Stay here to experience to true local culture of Cancun. The front desk staff (24 hours) are incredibly sweet and helpful! They made us truly feel like family. I wish I could remember name sof the male desk clerk that works mostly nights. He was great. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the location was very safe. We walked all around the area (to Mercado 23 and beyond). We walked to all the restaurants day and night. Webnever felt unsafe or saw any unsafe activities. Justvthe opposite with tons of families walking and children playing in the plaza across across street, which also had great street food!! Be aware that you are in the city center with live bands at a few locale places, so you will here music until around 10pm, but it creates a festive environment for all! Love, lobe, love this hotel (get the king suite). I will definitely be back. Highly recommended
